Tampons are 8 hours yes u can sleep with them my friend never used pads she went right to Tampons she used then since her teen years till she had he stuff removed due to issues and another thing they say to change it before u sleep

I find clear white or light colors stain it just happens I wash incold then warm hot warm water can also help it stain lol I have two cups one for under 30 one for 30 and over as I'll be 32 feb 2lol I still have pads tampons and heavy flow period underwear goal is to use up all tampons one I do I should have the cup fully down pads I'll pack away lol 😆
