Search for "Car Bluetooth-compatible Stereo Audio AUX Input Cable MINI Plug For Renault 2005-11 Radio Audio Music Adapter Auto Accessories" and click the aliexpress link. It works just fine, it should have a blue and a green plug :)

You'll need to activate AUX on the radio, refer to this guide (in portuguese, sorry) "Ativando a função AUX no rádio UPDATE LIST da Renault" on youtube.
