Ace the newest thing now is Travel E SIMs, you buy them before you arrive and because so many companies are selling them you can get really good deals with data packages and you don't need the bother of registering it plus you don't need to put anything physical into your phone it's completly software only. I used one in the Philippines last month and loved it.
13 years ago when I went to get married in the Philippines, I took just a backpack, since then my wife's pasalubong for the family occupies our 4 free check-in bags. LOL
Ace, Love the advice! I've taken that Genisys bus many times. I know the feeling of kids spread across the world. One big tip for those traveling from or transferring through Seattle: Philippines airlines starts direct flights with PH in October of this year. Would you consider doing a cross over episode with Overstay Road or AdventuresASMR youtube channels? It could give you a big boost in views and subscribers.
I touch down in Manila at 1:05am on August 6th in Manila then to Angeles will be staying at the Drake for 2 weeks until I find a place to rent. I am jumping all in for this big move have nothing to keep me in the states any longer.
Good advice ACE, just one thing. Some travelers will get dinged at the ticket counter. An exit plane trip out of the country before 30 days. Either a (throw away ticket) or the app for a phoney booking for $16. I don't advice the phoney stuff, but some prople swear by it. Good man for coming to your daughter's graduation and visiting the family. Safe travels.

wow crazy prices im thinking you didnt have the time to plan your trip back to the states from the Phils or your trip back to the Phils cos those prices are wacky High but then again sometimes they can be high for what ever reason , my latest price check to the Phils is Round trip from LA to Tokyo then to Manilla with close to 30 days in the Phils then back the same route same stops to LA, granted i will have to either rent a car or fly to LA so that will come at a cost both ways Vegas to LA and again on return to Vegas , But the round trip from LA to the Phils is going to be 798 bucks US dollars and both of the layovers in Tokyo are around much longer than 3 hours which i was stunned to find out that price was stupid cheap . i could just drive to LA from Vegas park my car but im thinking the cost to park the car for close to a month in LAX could be more than the flight ffs and who knows how safe parking at LAX may be sketchy if i was a true cheap skate i would hop on the Bus Gus probably save a few hundred . now i know these prices are not a year around thing because i been watching like a Hawk but i do see the usual being around 1200 to 1400 round trip out of various US citys into Korea then to Manilla and i see from Vegas to Manilla generally around the same prices 1200 to 1400 round trip, but i cant not un see the 400 even 800 gaps in the prices round trip so i will be taking my happy ass to LA and fly out from there that is going to pay a lot of Hotel stays as i can Direct my saving in air fares to the real Plan of Playing Captain Save a Ho for most of the trip But i will be taking many of your handy dandy tips ,Ok so i will be taking your Best tip Short Time and im here for 3 days 😆🤣. You will need a onward ticket that says your leaving the Philippines within 30 days so you can’t just buy a one way ticket to enter the Philippines a onward ticket can be any destination like Cambodia, Hawaii etc. pick a cheap destination since your not going to really use it but regardless u have to have a ticket saying u leaving the Philippines within 30 days.
I did not realize one could buy bus tickets from SM Clark mall. When I went from Clark to Subic I took Grab to Dau bus terminal then had to figure out which bus was going to Olangapo
@@edwardgriffin6042 Well like I said I did not take bus from SM Clark I did rideshare to Dau bus terminal in Angeles City. Cost was around 120 pesos I think. Downside is the bus won't leave until it is full so I was sitting there for an hour I think. At least the AC was decent. From Olongapo to Angeles City I ended up taking a van service which was same cost I think. Same deal though the van wouldn't take off until it was 100% full
@@BrianOgilvie79 That was true in the past, but not really true anymore as banks/credit cards all use AI algorithms now to detect fraud. I tried calling up my bank last year to inform them of international travel, and the agent told me no need to anymore

Bro, same story from the not deported vid.
you cant come in Phil with just one way ticket on a tourist visa. you must have a flight going out from the country
Is it OK to wear Depends on the plane? Just in case. Philly wears them 24/7.
We live long enough we all wear Depends 😂.
Phily doesn't have incontinence but just likes to wear them recreationally. Gets kinda boring in the jungle.
