    I love Welsh Rugby & I loathe Australian Rugby - but, MAN Australia was robbed. The ref made too many mistakes (coincidentally all in favour of Wales?) . The Wallabies should have won this game!

      @Mark Morris It's a sort of "love-hate" & "love-to-hate" relationship...

      @Mark Morris Not at all (though it may seem that way to you).

    This refereeing is absolutely outrageous. This has left me supremely irritated for our Aussie cousins. Daylight robbery

    The Referee should never ref a top international again.
    And I'm sick of commentators saying,...."as the new rules are written, that's a red card."
    Valetini was sent off for 65 minutes. He stuffed up. He wasn't out to cause damage.
    I can't watch the game being stopped and players actions being scrutinised every five minutes.
    Barnes reffed France v NZ the old way. The commentators are virtue signalling wokestars.
    Stand against Internatiional control by authoritarians
    Give players a role in setting the rules.

    Wales and unfathomable refereeing decisions, name a more iconic combination.

    How the Kurtley and Tompkins actions aren’t the same is a joke.

    • @jenconvertibles
      @jenconvertibles 2 роки тому +2

      They aren’t the same: it’s very easy to argue that kurtley’s was less egregious since he was kind of going for the tackle as well.

      Ref making up rules for Wales to win..🤫

      Beale knocked it on, and when players tackle like that and knock the ball on it's almost always called intentional. Tompkins knocks it backwards which is completely legal. Try learning the laws before commenting

      @@ScottyWakefield i agree with the try personally but how do you justify the countless missed players rucking off their feet? The forward passes, the knees on the ground in the scrum, the obstructions and the blatant red (as per the officiating of the rest of this game) which only cost Wales a yellow.

    The try at 1:27 is an absolute joke. That's clearly slapping the ball down if not forward.

    • @thejgod4982
      @thejgod4982 2 роки тому +1

      Slapping the ball down is perfectly legal if it doesn't go forward, which it doesn't. Good call from the ref, terrible from Australia, they should be playing to the whistle, that's schoolboy stuff.

      I think the point is that majority of angles showed the ball going forward. One angle created doubt and the TMO decided this was sufficient to go with on field decision

      @@jamesmcgowan8709 They don't though. Most angles don't show anything of any use and there's one angle that shows the ball clearly going backwards

    Second last try from Aus shouldn't stand he was tackled then propelled himself forward with his knees.

    • @jamesmcgowan8709
      @jamesmcgowan8709 2 роки тому

      I think it’s pretty fair to say momentum takes him over here. You can argue tooth and nail over the rules if you’d like (it seems northern hemisphere folk love to do this against any country but their own) but fact is there’s momentum propelling him over the line. The law states a tackled player must ‘immediately make the ball available’. Surely you’d agree this is not practical when there is momentum in the tackle? In other words, referees often recognise it’s more logical for a player to hold the ball and wait until momentum has stopped before playing it - thus blurring the lines of what constitutes a “tackle”. I think most would agree Wales got the rub of the green in this game but UA-cam never fails to prove there’s somebody out there with a different opinion
