- In June Echills Wood Railway ran their excellent mainline event, see Parsound video: • THE AMAZING 'STANDARD ...
Following a break for lunch the trains were reintroduced in a procession which I filmed at a home signal. It was clear that this would make an interesting video in its own right and so I decided to publish it after a few months delay...so here it is. By the way, before anyone comments on the King's Stanier tender, it was a temporary feature owing to the non availability of its Collett tender..
Great idea
Thank you.
Great video, looks like a nice place :)
Thank you Simon. Yes it is, apart from the mosquitoes!

Thanks
What a magnificent collection!
Noel
They are so impressive, I am full of admiration for the builders. Alan
Good idea Alan, almost felt I was there with you........... Oh yes, I was wasn't I !! Regards, Brian.

p.s. Congratulation to 1,500 subscribers :)
Thank you Heinz. It's quite a landmark. Alan
A super video, thanks Alan. From such a good location and with the "intensive service", this must surely have been as enjoyable to film as it is now to watch. Kind regards, Bob.
p.s. I really like the title too!
Thanks again Bob. This one was shear luck as I set the camera adjacent to the outer home signal whilst I had a sandwich and just left it running when I noticed what was happening. These 71/4" gauge locos are really growing on me. Kind regards Alan
(9:58) I am always happy if I see a young person actively in the (model) railway clubs. Checking many clubs shows that membership is more attractive to other young people if young people are the bosses of workshops or operation, young people are then more willing to work at the club and together. - Heinz
Yes, I agree Heinz. Regards Alan
Time to double the track me thinks lol.....Great to see all these loco's out on track at once Alan.....Regards Chris
Hopefully your 'Scot' will be among them next year Chris. Regards Alan
@@Parsound We hope so Alan,we hope to get a run with it soon, fingers crossed...EWR Narrow gauge weekend this weekend if you want something to record.....Best wishes Chris
@@wooltman Thanks for the tip Chris. Plans changed so that I can visit tomorrow. (Saturday) Will you be there? Kind regards Alan
