What this edition of hot takes has shown is that a lot of fans don't know what "worst" or "ever" means.
Mox disrespect is crazy he is the most consistent member of the Shield post break up as both Roman and Seth have had their issues as babyfaces where as Mox hasn't had that, also he is a really effective and great heel.
you know people only call him overrated because he is not in wwe and is one of the most popular wrestlers outside of wwe so he is just gonna come with more hate
I couldn’t agree more they really are disrespecting his legacy. The man also had been a harder than either of the shield. When AEW needed him to be the main character he was. All the while he wrestled for NJPW, making Shota into a rising star, he wrested for GCW and even Bloodsport. All the while getting sober and having a family.
He's awful.

22:19 Meltzer and Alvarez need to be taken to task for the part they played in the backstage drama surrounding AEW from 2022-2023.
Never going to happen, they are very clearly in the camp with the PWG crowd and anti punk which lines up with the iwc aew fans.

The example Larson gave about a champion having a belt for 60 days and 15 defenses is actually what the international run for Orange Cassidy was! I didn't mind the reign myself but I think some people may have thought they were seeing too much of him at the time.

For the mox take, his character is very bland to me . He is just violent guy. I say overrated because lots of folks say he is the best to come out the shield. I think hes the worst. His promo, in ring, and character work are all not as good as reigns or Rollins
Not to say he is bad though. He’s very solid and a good worker but nothing over an 7 or 8
Solo is a big reason why this bloodline era sucks. He’s just… not great? He’s good but. After we’ve had Roman and Rock, and with Jacob Fatu right there.

Personally can’t understand how J is so over. He’s a good wrestler that just yells a word? Over and over again. He was much better when in the bloodline story
I feel like the worst of the bloodline was Post-Summerslam 2023 to the 24 Rumble. Jey had left and Roman was never around, so it was just Jimmy and Solo doing basically nothing. Very boring and the main guy Roman feuded with at the time was LA Knight.
Once it began clear Roman was dropping that title to Cody, every title feud with Reigns felt flat. Jimmy's botched heel turn didn't help matters either
That Rumble triple threat was such a waste of an AJ Styles feud. Plus his subsequent feud with Knight wasn't that entertaining.
Bob Barker was a wonderful guest host
the title reign thing is recent bias. You forget the older reigns and only remember the most recent. But, yeah Hogan, Savage, Flair/NWA, they defended all the time. But, again people look at it differently. Some people remember the matches, some only remember they were champion for so many days. Gunther had a great reign as IC champion, but I think in this case the reverse of the recent bias exists, Shawn Michaels is probably remembered because he did have great matches against everyone, with a shorter reign. But, Gunther did have a series of great matches too.
Moxley is good, but he is not as good as he was in WWE. He is doing too many of those blood matches. His promos are fair.
Ill keep saying it, the new bloodline is just the same bloodline schtick everyone was already tired of without any of the interesting characters or Charisma, Solo doesnt and never really has felt like a genuine main event guy (he kinda sucks) Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa feel like the Singh brothers during Jinders reign. And Jacob Fatu feels like hes being held back from being a star by being apart of the bloodline.
Roman reigns is the story
I still can vividly imagine new day vs uso’s hiac. It’s amazing. Them using kendo sticks to bound then to the corner of the cell to make them watch their partner be beatdown. It was cinematic

Mox's first reign was hindered by no audience unfortunately
The new bloodline is seen as inferior because as characters, we don’t know these guys. While Jacob Fatu had an aura, Solo was a quiet heavy for Roman, and the other 2 are just….guys.
We knew who the Usos were as characters for almost 10 years before the bloodline. The general audience doesn’t know Tama Tonga or Tonga Loa (MY tribal chief ☝🏾)
The problem is, everybody fell in love with the bloodline because of the backstage interactions, that are missing from this new bloodline. If they did the backstage interactions like you wanted, we would fall in love with them. And I don't think they want to make another baby face team.

The first take is correct. Solo Sikoa is not a good wrestler or a compelling character and they revolved SmackDown around him for a whole summer and it was almost unwatchable. The Bloodline Saga just needs to finally end at WrestleMania 41
