Woohoo! Just in time! I've come to dislike conservative media almost as much as the liberal media. Stay true to the Word and you will have a loyal subscriber. Would love to be able to share this with my teens as well-so much of conservative media is not very family friendly (I know there are heavy topics but surely they can be discussed in a more appropriate and sensitive manner than many conservatives do currently).
Nice job, fellas. Since the show is The Standard, let's look at Klavan's standard. If you replay his clip, count how many times he cites his feelings. Though he would claim scripture as his standard, he shows his true ultimate authority every time he says, "I feel like..."
2:46 - 3:15 is when I knew I'd hit subscribe. I follow a lot of podcasts and channels with the same message, but there STILL aren't nearly enough. We need to get THIS kind of message to _everyone:_ don't let the corrupt and sick world tell you that you should keep your religious beliefs to yourself! If you really believe they're true, and that they could save people, you are OBLIGATED to tell everyone you can that the Bible _is the Truth,_ even when they tell you to keep your religious beliefs to yourself, and out of their life. That doesn't mean being awful or rude to people, or screaming at them with signs held high that they're going to burn in hell. That doesn't attract anyone. You have to 1. take over the media to tell the Truth, 2. form real relationships with those people, to lead them to Christ, and 3. be willing to stand up and say "Yeah, I believe the Bible is true, _here's why"_ to anyone who asks. I'm eager to follow along with this new podcast's growth! (And btw, putting "the Christian Daily Wire" as your thumbnail was brilliant. It's literally why I clicked on the video, because I love the Daily Wire and how they're changing the media and culture.)

I found this on Good Friday. The "Christ is King" topic intrigues me. Imagine if you will, 2024 years ago today, being one of the Sanhedron Rabbis screaming to crucify Jesus for claiming to be the messiah. The same messiah your chosen people have waited for, for thousands of years. I would bet a few sheckles that someone uttered the words, Did we just murder our messiah?" Guaranteed some of them knew they blew that one. The Romans traded multiple gods to support Christianity and spread it across the planet after what they saw that day. The Roman Empire knew what went down with these corrupt religeous leaders and to this very day, to be a Jew is to reject Christ. Jews and Christians believe in the same God but a Jew cannot come to terms with slaying the messiah. Pilates own letters to Caesar express regret for carrying out the crucifixion. I followed Christ my entire life and don't recall ever being taught to hate Jews for what they did. "The Jews" didn't kill the Christ, but the folks that carried out the act were certainly Jewish. Hating an entire group of people for the actions of a few is childish at best. Jesus himself knew the Fathers plan. Jesus knew he wasn't going to get out of his mission alive. Now imagine being a Jew today. All the while taught that God is King and you are the chosen people. All the while denying that whole Jesus thing. I love Ben Shapiro, and Andrew Klaven. Likely would never walk into the Daily wire roaring Christ is King and giving them that sideways look. In my world, Christ is King, and I don't need Jewish acceptance to revel in my faith. I can certainly see how a Jew might be offended though. Cool podcast, I shall follow awhile. Happy Good Friday all.

I have seen some reports on women who have taken the abortion pill and have seen the baby in the toilet have been profoundly affected! They KNOW that what they aborted is ACTUALLY A BABY! It is a sad thing, but some have been convicted and seek redemption. They need to use their experience to spread the word that abortion is wrong!
Amen! May God bring about reformation and revival for his glory and for the sake of all the little babies who would be saved by a nation that turns from this wickedness and turns to Christ!
Please tell me you guys are watching the whole interview with Klavan and not just clips. I watched the whole interview he did on crosspolitic and he does address almost everything you are addressing. Looking at selected clips does not give context to a whole conversation. As Doug Wilson stated during Q&A, it may take more than a couple of words to express a thought. If you did watch the whole interview and still draw the same conclusion, then that is a more fair analysis.
Thanks for sharing.! Will be watching occasionally! However, I want to ask a question hoping for an honest response... is the core of your teaching a balance, "embracing the tension", with the Authority of The Word and The Empowering of Holy Spirit? Side Note: where we are, as the Body of Christ, as to influencing our culture (Jerusalem), was lost in the early 1800's when "the church" was becoming more about the buildings than being "salt and light" in the community.
The Word of God is living and active and the Holy Spirit uses it as an established authority. We hold that it is the Holy Spirit to enlighten hearts and give life to the reader, and he most often speaks through the scriptures.
Hope you guys have different viewpoints and can disagree with eachother. I enjoy the Dailywire backstage for that reason. Arguments and counterarguments. Christianity and even Protestantism specifically is broader than just the Reformed perspective, I'm curious how much diversity of thought you can present. Good luck with this endeavour!
The Jews are no longer the chosen people of God, that was finalized in Ad70 when God used the Romans to destroy that old Jewish system which was passing away being replaced by the church made up of Jew and Gentile. Only the elect of Jews and Gentiles he adds to the church which will fill the earth to the glory of God. God's whole focus is his church the bride of the Lamb and he says in Mt 6:10, your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven, n Mt 28:18-20 disiçiple all the nations. We win down here, death is swallowed up of life as all of us who r truly born again can attest to having been raised out of the death bed of sin into eternal life and his faithful witnesses even unto death if need be.
So, some advice/criticisms from a new listener. If yall are going to be a Christian daily wire, you should not use DW hosts as your source of stories or topics. You used stories from knowles and Clavan. The people coming to your podcast dont want to here from the daily wire, (or, even worse, wanted to listen to other personalities in addition to the DW hosts, and likely wont want to hear a rehashing of what theyve already listened to.) Thats yalls biggest issue you should address. Another thing to work on- finding interesting topics and articulating the points, this will fix as yall keep getting more experience. I did enjoy your viewing of Clavans terrible theology (that was more unique content and probably the only times worth mentioning the DW) As a Christian DW alternative, you should be prepped to exposit particular scriptures when you suspect they will be brought in to a topic (e.g. abortion topic tomorrow, be ready with some scriptures about that, etc.) All in all, im excited to see yalls podcast take off. Im subscribed 🙂
Lol, "women should remain quiet"... Saw you slip that in there. Jesus loves us all, but Paul doesn't want women teaching, so that is what Jesus wanted? Interesting doctrine ya got there.
