Yeah it is supposed to sound older than the Viking Age. Unfortunately in the Viking Age many people began losing their spirituality due to idolatry and to the Christianity conversion.
This shamanistic songs are supposed to represent a time where the germanic folk was much deeper into their religion.
Of course there are always exemptions but mostly in the earlier periods of germanic history, the people were far more spiritual than in the Viking Age 👌🏻

Thank you for uploading this video. I really do enjoy your uploads. In addition, I truly like throat singing. I do a little of it myself and it's fun but not easy for sure. I I found it interesting how different cultures have their own variations, yet still so much crossover. Even subcultures within specific cultures have a different twist in style to their own throat singing techniques. It really does tell the story of humanity in a microcosm when we listen to what is being sung. We do sometimes tend to forget that music and nonverbal singing are tyoes of language themselves. It isn't my intention to be superstitious here, but sometimes these techniques really do help express the spirit from one person to another in a way that words can't always achieve..
    Peace.....

A ritual in the land of the cursed. A celebration in the joyless nation. A collective commemoration of the birth of all peoples under the Banner of the Clan Wryk.
A single file line of hooded figures march up the path. The alter sits at the top of the Holy Mount. A people cursed to never look upon the sun or moon.
Man, woman and child each take their turns. The priests place one more brand-stroke to signify another year of life upon each individual. The oldest, covered entirely in brand strokes forming unique runes burned or carved into flesh. The youngest, screams muffled by gentle gold cloth infused with sleeping incense. The parents’ tears hidden by black or grey hoods.
My turn has come. My body doubled over with pain. Body laid bare, the arcanists prying eyes searching me over. Looking for space. Even one unfinished rune-string. One crevice without brand. The line is held up. The chanting becomes hushed. Not even the tongue has room. No battles have taken me, neither have the plagues that ravage my people. A curse in and of itself.
The chief priest takes me by the hand, and tenderly leads me to a plinth. I have weathered the test of time and arrived at my end. No more room for another stroke of the brand meant no more years of my life lay ahead. A blessing permitted to very few awaits me now. To look upon the sun un-forbidden. The curse for me shall take its toll, but not in shame or punishment. Rather, as the merciful release of my soul from physical shackles. Upon the plateau behind me, thousands of salt pillars stare back at me. All as ancient as I in looks. I had relatives among them, I knew, though very few.
And so it was that I passed. I looked into the sun. I had born my cursed life diligently and without fail. Such beauty took my breath away. I felt it first in my feet, a tingling that crept up my legs slowly and left numbness in its wake. It crept up towards my eyes, never taking them away from the light. I swore I saw the face of my God staring back at me. He whispered “it is time, old one. Come and rest at last. I bear you into my realm without your shame. The curse is broken for you.”
The numbness reached my lungs. It felt as if I was drowning, except I did not panic for air. I could feel my arms transforming as well. It would reach my eyes within minutes. Still, the light never left them. My time had come at last, and blissful repose was at hand. An honourable one not upon the battlefields of my youth nor among the sickbeds my family had ended upon. But gazing upon the sun my people were cursed to never lay eyes on.
It is time. I let go, and drift into the light.

Is the bindrune for Futhark album , is a very balanced rune since it has 2 Nauthiz rune each side that represents pain and shadow , but there is a core of Mannaz (espirituality)and Wunjo (hapinnes), there is Teiwaz too that represents courage and to fight the adversity. So....we have to find our natural espirituality(mannaz) to fight this adversities(nauthiz) and find happinnes (wunjo)

The rune is not coming from any source of Judeo-Christian origin. As you may not know it the Edda when it was recorded has already had Christianity influencing it. Anywho reads it and can use logic can see. Othin or Odin ( but he has many names) would never teach you to not seduce women you like. It is obvious of his acts we know. Also, the runes pretty much resemble other writings that have nothing to do with Judeo-Christianity the Hungarian old writings. That is not surprising because when the Hungarians came from the east to the Carpathian basin has brought Russians with them. And as we know the genetic relationship is very close to the nordic people. So Judeo-Christianity has just put its hand on the spiritual power of the Norse man. They do this all the time.
