Hi! Thanks for your videos, there is not a lot out there about this brand. I have been using Tropic Marin Aminos, have you tried them? If so, do you think this is better? Also, do you need to keep the bottle in a fridge? Thanks a lot!

I’ve tried Brightwell aminos and restore but not tropic Marin. Only fauna Marin. I’m not a huge amino acid fan. I do like frequent particulate feedings. I find aminos can fuel unwanted bacteria faster. You can check out reef moonshiners information they have about aminos. He falls into the same camp as me. Aminos can definitely help stressed corals. But if your system isn’t stressed I don’t see the need for them. You don’t need to refrigerate fauna Marin aminos

Do any of the Fauna Marin products increase phosphates like reef rods does?

Surprisingly no! Maybe a little minor increase. But reef roids in my opinion spiked my phosphates up like crazy. I don’t use reef roids anymore
