the coolest thing about the showcases and cutscenes is that they literally look like the game

Changli's makeup suits her so well and looks very beautiful! I don't normally notice makeup much in game characters but when Changli showed up to be Rover's wayfinder, the first thing that stood out to me was her gorgeous pink makeup.
Are you talking about the her face? If so, it might actually just be her natural appearance. In her profile, it was said that her body has a high temperature compared to normal people and it could be what's causing the blush on her face

I love Changli's gameplay, but this trailer was very mid. Music also sounds generic, which is a shame as I thought they were moving in the right direction with 1.1's improvements.

Wuwa devs team never fails to deliver!! I love that the trailer showed us how a strategic person she is, and how Jinhsi's whole plan that we experienced in the story was based on what she learned from her, It keeps us players connected with the showcase!
I also love that they showed us her side of the story when she was absent in the game's first Acts, and the visuals are beautiful too! 8/10 trailer
So all of the dialogue and story in this showcase happened even before the Threnodian - Dreamless crisis
- Before Scar was captured, Jinshi come to consult Changli, her teacher. At this time, both Changli and Jinshi knew about Rover’s identity and awakening. (Probably thanks to Changli’s incredible information network)
- They also knew that the Fractsidus was aiming for Jinzhou. So they devise an extensive plan in order to lure out and capture Scar, putting the Fractsidus into a stalemate. (0:41 - 1:00)
- While Jinshi was enacting the plan, Changli cleans up the Fractsidus minions in the background. (1:11)
- 3:02 “You already know the answer, don’t you?” Must mean that Changli also knew that Jinshi was determined to look for Jue in order to solve Jinzhou’s problems once and for all
- 3:09 “And as for the most critical move… It’s already been made.” Must be referring to Rover, which once again confirmed that Changli already knew of Rover’s awakening
All of this really shows the vital role of Changli in the background. It can be said that Jinzhou can smoothly overcome the Threnodian crisis thanks to the amount of information Changli provided and the work she had done behind the scene.

what story what lore, ohh u mean the trashy random events that happen without reason out of nowwhere. The combat characters desigs are great but not gonna lie the story isn't that great as u delusionist think it is. Yeah it has a bit of philosophy and stuff here and there which is the only part that's interesting in the story rest is just boring random thing

Changli might have actually known the awakening of Rover beforehand too. The trailer showcased all that which actually happened if you paid attention to the story. It's not our problem if you have low iq and cannot comprehend anything complex.

ayoo same. Characters like chixia and encore are always high on energy to represent their wild in nature element. Meanwhile her calm demeanor balances that. Thats why characters with opposing personality easily caught my attention

Wait hold on, so Changli plan all of this, because she is the one who commanded to Jihnsi that they need a bait and that bait is Rover but how would Changli already foresee the arrival of Rover? Jinhsi obey the command and let Rover be captured by Scar in his domain, that’s why Sanhua watching them from afar, she also give Rover a compass thing to solve for a location so they can lure Scar, trapped him and jailed him without Rover’s knowing what’s going on because he has amnesia. Changli is also commanded Jinhsi to bring Rover to her and Jinhsi give orders to Sanhua the location where Rover should meet the tour guide which is Changli, because Changli already knew that they need Rover to Jue and Jinhsi fight ‘coz Rover is the only one who can open the Sonoro Sphere.
The list of all her plan:
- She knows the arrival of Rover.
- She gives the compass thing to Jinhsi in order to lure Scar, trapped him and jail him.
- She command Jinhsi to use herself as a tour guide for Rover into Mt.Firmament.
- She knew that Rover can open the Sonoro Sphere.
- She foresee the fight between Jue and Jinhsi.
- She knew the time when the Sentinel is weak.
- She let the information be heard by enemy.
Speculation:
The Fractsidus trapped Jue using one of Savantae’s technology which is impossible eventho they’re using advanced technology because Jue is ofcourse a God and she untouchable due to her ability that can freeze time in a far distance but for some reason they manages to captured Jue and trapped her, so the question is how and why? My speculation about this is Changli knew the time when Jue is weak, we know Jue is weak so she use that as a first move and the second move is she let the information be heard by Fractsidus and also about how to captured Jue using Savantae’s technology so the Fractsidus will take the move and captured Jue. That’s why the Fractsidus already prepared when Rover arrived to Mt.Firmament, Changli even stated that they “They must be anticipated your arrival, Rover” but how would the Fractsidus knows that right? they’re freaking dumdum, because it’s the information they overheard to Changli without them knowing that Changli let them overheard it as a part of plan to toy them and bait them.
My feedback:
Hopefully we can finally see her backstory of why she knows all of this information, if they didn’t tell her backstory this update 1.1 then forsure in update 1.2 they will give us a backstory because update 1.2 is all about Blackshore and Blackshore knows everything about Lament, Threnodian, Overthrax and Sentinels, Savantae’s Technology and Fractsidus. They’re basically like a Hero Organization where every powerful Resonator unite as one to stop the Lament. I’m so excited for Blackshore because we might see multiple good looking badass resonator npc there which can be hinted as a playable character in the future. Men this 3minutes video of Changli covers a lot of information because the more you think about it the more you see how connected each other.
yet the whole story is a mess and is probably made for kids looking by how easy it is to comprehend and most of the time its just cool animation and stuff that kids like. Just like pgr the story here too is trash i had my hopes up for no reason at all
I think the Fractsidus knew Jue was weak because the woman at the end of 1.1's story or some other agent managed to infiltrate and get information in Mt.Firmament and not because Changli used that information as bait. I think the only bait she casted it out is the one you see in the video, using Rover's arrival as a means to draw out Scar and capture him. They knew the Rover was coming to Mt.Firmament simply because of the fact they made it very clear that they're against them. The Rover has helped in capturing Scar and stopped Dreamless from destroying Jianzhou, he's literally the hero of Jianzhou atp. So it's not really a surprise that the Rover would be guided to Mt.Firmament to try and help out Jinhsi. As for how Changli has foreseen Rover's arrival we'll prolly get an explanation later. Also IIRC she didn't foresee the fight between Jue and Jihnshi, that was part of the prophecy Jue mentioned.
