Next time cook the dough on both side for like a minute then add ingredients and turn the heat to the lowest while cooking and covered.You could have just sliced your puzza and just pull off the bottom.

We do the same we buy the pizza dough from Publix and make home style 😎 love homemade it's the best with ketchup,mustard and pepper sauce
