It is a public place so anyone is allowed to film whatever they want. i do try to focus on the subject at hand rather than people's faces or vehicle number plates where possible.
U should ask people if they ok with being on film and I spoke 2 the organisers and they said U shodunt ov filmed Pepole the people U had on film not happy
