Squarespace vs FASO - Art Website Makeover 👩🏻‍💻 - Platform Switch and Comparison

The internet is full of Studio Makeover videos, but just like our physical space, our digital landscape should also be refreshed from time to time.
A well-crafted art website gives not only independence from algorithm-controlled platforms, but it can be such a powerful tool for branding and business growth. So one needs to keep the online presence up to date and invest in professional design if necessary.
In the end, this is the place where you are free to showcase your works without competing with other artists on the platform for the viewers full attention. And with the help of our own website, we have the chance to build our own community by having a mailing list, and to even sell our art through our online shop.
So, I decided not only updating the content of my website this time, but to give it a complete design change by trying another platform.
