Beer commercial is appropriate for a metal video, but putting the commercial in the middle of a riff makes me hate the beer maker and swear never to buy their product.
I remember when the last song finished, there was like a few minutes of complete silence, everybody was speechless and we walked out like zombies ... Really weird
@@antonteodor6305 darkspace II sounds a little bit too similar to Darkspace I for my taste. It feels more like leftovers from Darkspace I. Its still solid tho
I normally have a disdain for drum machines, but damn, this album won me over with its approach. In metal, most of the time the speed and freneticism of the performers creates a connection between them and the audience: the amount of energy it takes to make the music can be felt in the crowd's energy & motion. And I think it's really cool how, by programming the machine to maintain an inhuman tempo for an impossible amount of time, this band takes that primal connection and makes it cold and alienating instead.
Darkspace and very deep space, those riffs stretch light years and those vocals adjoin almost subsidently with the oxygenless reaches of space. Totally chaotic in places, sorted album. Thanks BMP and Darkspace :)
being as mellodicaly beautiful as Mare Cognitum, or as raw and atmospheric as darkspace, or drony and more melancholic as Alrakis, Space themed black metal is amazing.
Dark 4.20 is the track. Takes me back to their early albums. I'm not sure I like the leads the have added on track like the first one here. Dig their more "blurry" sound better.
1. Dark 4.18 00:00
2. Dark 4.19 27:24
3. Dark 4.20 45:55
Found so many Cosmic Black Metal bands. None of them really mastered this sound like Darkspace. No one can do it like they do...

Have you considered buying the music you listen to?
@@HeretixAevum the topic is more complicated than that...
The perfect soundtrack for sci fi and cosmic horror readings.
Darkspace was my soundtrack for hours of reading Warhammer 40k
Good luck understanding a word you read with music that is that thick
@@Bratjuuc Not a problem at all, im used to it. Actually i cant read without my favourite music. It isolates me and help me focus on what im reading.
and also for stargazing
I will never forget the Darkspace Gig at Hellfest 2012 ... It was an absolutely mindblowing moment. The aura these guys had onstage was scary
I'd have killed to see them live.

This is about the only band I can think of in the entire history of heavy metal with a flawless discography.
Windir? Vektor?

Bolt Thrower
This is bleak, dark and cold even by the standards of extreme metal. Darkspace are amazing!

End result is what matters
Astronomical brilliance 🤘
this reminds me of the soundtrack for SOMA. I am glad, because i've spent quite some time searching for something like that
I remember being so blown away when this came out, it's been a few years and it's still mind blowing.
Same here. Still kurwa waiting for the next album!
32:45 is why I'm here.
I like to draw listening to Atmospheric Black Metal like this.
Darkspace and very deep space, those riffs stretch light years and those vocals adjoin almost subsidently with the oxygenless reaches of space. Totally chaotic in places, sorted album. Thanks BMP and Darkspace :)
great album got all the darkspace albums on cd

This is beauty...
Perfection
Fear and insanity in the abyss.
Love it
The mood reminds me of another Darkspace...an old space combat game...
i need this music before i go to sleep
There would have to be Space Black Metal. It is a mystical genre, something similar with Ambient music.
Cosmic atmospheric black metal is a genre that fits the description pretty well.
lol @ Space Black Metal. How about 'Blackhole Metal'; lol think that defines this album as it is like being on the precifice of approaching one.

Atari/Commodore/Amiga games + BM ( I think in 12:15 starts Limbonic Art in 15:00 I'm sure ;) ). Pretty nice to relax.

because it isn't roman numerals, it is the count of albums that we listened and survived.
is there any more recent band that does similar metal as this?
Not exactly similar but Paysage d'Hiver is a solo project of one of the members.
Thanatonaut has a similar sound.
I can recommend the swiss project Nychts. Very atmospheric space black metal with really sick vocals.
Mare cognitum, but it isn't as dark
Não tenho adjetivos pra isso.
That cut out at 11.21 annoys the hell out of me.
KURWA DOBRE
