That "TAG" solidifies all the hard work you have put into this truck. Its a badge of Honor and you should be proud.
Congratulations on getting to race! We totally understand you and the crew being to busy to record more. Proud of you all!
For real, no good shakedown time with the schedule and things getting delayed here and there I fully expected the result for the first ever race. The optimal best I felt could have happened was a race completion TBH and if the top ten I would want to know how many actual finishers because that would have been the ultimate best occurrence 👽
God I’m just so damned proud of all of you! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing journey with so many of us…we ABSOLUTELY love you and ALL of your people Hollie!
Please no need to apologize you filmed so much of the build. so so happy for you all with getting her there and actually doing some of the race. It's a new build don't get down what a great accomplishment
We’re all so proud of you and your accomplishments Hollie!! You amaze us daily!!!
Getting there was an accomplishment. Well done. You know your next steps. Thank you for sharing!
Don't apologize for anything, you accomplished so much in an intense short amount of time. I think everyone that helped you to those that could only watch your videos are very very proud of you.

Congratulations. You gave us a bit of a scare but glad you made it. To be down to the wire and get yourself up to 5th is absolutely amazing with no seat time. I’m certain everyone involved in building her is very proud as so you all should.
You were ALWAYS a winner Hollie. Just having the guts to put yourself out there and try, that is more than most of us, myself included, have ever done. You Go Girl!
All I heard was, "We were 5th. Place! Also somebody now has a tool box for a hood ornament! This is the best of times Hollie! So happy for you! No I didn't go as planned, but you took that shot, You made it work! How many 'Experienced' drivers did no better? YOU DID IT! Now rest, take a good 15 minutes or so. lol Then get back at it, You got this. Be safe and God Bless.
Right on Hollie, thanks for taking us along!
What a cool experience!!! Thanks for the rundown of your time there. So many lessons learned!!!
Congratulations to you, Hollie, Walter, Kris + all who took part in creating Nessie and bringing her to the Starting Line. Just amazing that your first real driving experience with her was the actual race! May you grow in skill in every aspect of racing. May it continue to light up your face as you recount the events.
Even Matt had to have the Wrecker recovered at KOH, so cool to see that side of the YT fam pitching in!
You checked the box and made it to the start line…that’s what counts! There will be another. Well done Holly!
You did what you needed to do and now you are off to a great start. Keep doing what you do and keep growing. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Stay safe healthy and happy 👍
Glad you got her finished and to the race. Understandable about not having time to edit during crunch time.
The rookie season is always the toughest I am sure, especially with not having time for testing. You did a great job for being under such time pressure on the build. These are the memories you will never forget.
I have been watching you for awhile and from where I stand I think you was a winner before you ever thought about this build. The folks you surround yourself with would agree with me you are honest caring fun to listen to. Your care what others think. Last minutes surprises. Here came your friends ready to help .Damn right they was there because like me they love what you do and you are very much a great gal. Congratulations to you for being you. Now smile and keep on keeping on
Racing...it starts as someting you'd like to do, becomes something you get to do and becomes something you have to do.
Great story, well done.
Sending virtual hugs, and best wishes for your future.
Absolutely NOTHING to apologize for !!!!!
Do NOT pay any attention to the HATERS!!!
Keep on Keeping on !
It was great to meet and talk with you at KOH!!! I call it a big success. Can't wait to see you out there next year. Seat time over everything!!!!
So glad to see, Matt, Rudy, Tom Tom etc jumping in and getting their hands dirty, sure wish i was closer to come for a visit but hey, you never know
Hollie you all did an amazing job just getting Nessie done for the race. I know you were building her per the safety rules, but just getting threw tech and getting her certified to race is a huge win. Starting the race and getting to 5th place is another win in itself. As you know every build no matter what it is will have some shakedown bugs to fix. When you don’t have anytime to shake the build down you have them while in the event.
I believe everyone involved with the build and the race won in a lot of areas. Hopefully Nessie isn’t to hard to get back up and going.
I know firsthand on how expensive it is to take part in a race. I helped a friend with an oval track car, I had bought fuel, tires, pit passes, and a couple times the entry fee. Not to mention the time spent fixing the car between races after having something break. Can’t wait to see Nessie’s journey and your next event with her.
Brilliant guys. Well done. Love the Tartan! 🏴
One huge standing applause from me. What an awesome job.
Thank you so much! Team work makes the dream work 😊🤙🏻
So happy to have seen this process and that you achieved your goal of getting in the race. Looking forward the rest of your story along the way.
Can see and feel the emotion in your story . Freakin awesome.
Great job, Hollie and the crew!
KOH is one hell of a way to do a first drive in a new vehicle! Congratulations to you and Walter and the crew for even making it psst that green flag. That truly is a win. I'm sure you learned a LOT though this whole process and you will be much better prepared next time. And yes, a full belly makes for happy people. Lol. Best of luck on your next race. Now get her running and get some seat time!
Good job, Hollie. And I will admit, I was one of those guys that thought there was no way in hell that car was going to be ready for KOH. But, you did it. And just being in the race is a win! Way to go!!!
I can appreciate the skepticism. It was definitely a tall order, but we pulled it off as a team and I’m grateful for the experience from start to finish! Thank you for supporting the channel 😊🤙🏻
You are so blessed to be able to do what you love to do. I hope to see you at the wrecker games. That is so awesome what you have accomplished.
Thank you for the support. It is truly appreciated!
Foot in the door, car is built. Time to test… congrats on the build… 😊😊😊😊
Good luck, Hollie! I really wanted it to finish for you! Next time, it wiil!
Still freaking AWESOME!! Always next year!!be a blast to be apart of something like that
With all the last minute work to make the race it's completely understandable that you had to drop the videos. Glad your back. Love the tartan tub guard update!
Well done! That’s a major accomplishment! Can’t wait to see what comes over the next few years.
Congratulations on your accomplishments! It's been great tagging along! J.R.
So proud of y'all awesome job!! Great looking race jeep!!
Congratulations on making it to the race. I’m a retired math teacher who coached a First Robotics team. Your story reminded me so much of my time with the high school students. Working to the last min to get it built. Going thru tech. Having to fix things because we didn’t have all the rules memorized. Getting so much help from the experienced teams. First Robotics uses a term co-opetition to refer to the help you get and give to your opponents. Great job and good luck in the next race.
Congrats to you and your Team! All of your hard work looks amazing! I cant wait to see all of the future Podiums! Go Nessie!!!
I don’t know why this video made me so emotional. Congratulations.
We just love the graphics 😍 ❤️. Very proud of all you did. Way to go team.❤️
Sp proud of you and that you got to run Nessie, even if it was not a complete run, you are a champion. Next year will be even better.
We’re already making plans for Nessie’s return to KOH in 2024
Congratulations on getting your chance at the hammers! You achieved your goals going in. And now you have time to get all the kinks fixed up. Also, the wrap looks phenomenal!
Your a winner for simply pulling off the starting line Hollie..It was amazing to meet you…I was remote Pit 2 crew for Jesse Lee and Andrew Goreman for the EMC race. Would be an honor to volunteer for your Pit Crew any day. Congratulations on the MAJOR success.
Congratulations on you and all your team and friends
It was kool to hear that the peck brothers helped you out with little mischief maker to get ready for koh those 3 are pure jeep guys for sure and they build really great jeeps to wheel
Congratulations on your race. Sorry it didn't go as planned. Love your attitude through it. Just starting the race is a big win. Can't wait to see Nessie doing her thing. 👍👍😁
Good work guys! It is my bucket list for sure! Your living my dream for sure!
You thrashed to get to KOH in such a short time. You made it there, you got to race a bit, all without a major shakedown of a new build. That's definitely a win! Only up from here! Congrats!!
Thank you! I’m excited to get better acquainted with Nessie 😊⚡️
Great Story, nice greetings from Austria/Europe
You didn't drop the ball, you picked it up and ran the shit out of it like a champ!!! Way to go girl, keep it up!! Proud of you 😁
you and your team did AMAZING STUFF!!
You do you,
It's a lot of sacrifice on people and other commitments in life while keeping a racing schedule,
Way to go KID, sounds like you did solid for your first time in this discipline category.
Always remember,
" second place is the first loser"
Is what we use to say.
YOU are one incredible woman that i know my daughters could look up to. you are amazing.
Wow I really appreciate that my lovely. Such kind words
I am glad you had some fun in my wonderful state. Just a heads up for your next snowmobile ride. Speed is your friend, and riding a snowmobile like a dirt bike. Getting on the throttle just as you approach a ditch, to get the front up like a light wheelie. The new machines to me, are like riding a big dirt bike, but better. Also you have more control standing, but you can do a lot from the seat as well. I have bad knees, so standing is kept to the more intense spots. The main thing is shifting your weight to the side you want your turn to go. I can do some serious carving/turns just sliding me rear from one side to the other. So, slip over to the right to initiate a right turn, while turning your skies to the left. When you need to straighten, turn your skies to the right, and start shifting your weight to center, or to the other side to start turning the other way. Snowmobiling is a load of fun, but exhausting at the same time Congratulations on getting to race.
What a Great Adventure! Thanks for taking us along!
What an emotional rollercoaster. Was wondering what happened. Unless you give up you’re still in the race. You will be better prepared next year. In my book, the race you won this year was to get the car built and tagged. Next year just organize and plan on how to finish. Year after, work on winning. It’s all about the journey. Stuff like this does not happen overnight. Best wishes.
Your our "lovely" . Keep at it . Super proud of you and your team.
!!!!!!
Watch the movie, the " world's fastest Indian " old man won a world's record that still stands after a lifetime of trying.. and getting there. Never look at DNF as not winning. You won ever day. Learned every day. And you had a huge number of people cheering you and lifting you up. The finish line is never the finish.
I love that a JL is considered an OG🤣 Congrats on making it!
We are so happy for you Hollie Nessie and all the gang involved.its so awesome to see how happy y'all are. And you all are safe and in one piece so that is definitely a plus.
I'm glad to see Matt helped! The days of derby cars are over!
So awesome. What an adventure 🎉🎉
Awesome! Congrats Hollie.... sucks she broke down but you made it to your goal...YaY!!
We got her started and will update you guys on exactly what happened soon
Congratulations to you and all the crew. I was wondering and would have loved to have been there on the whoop de doo. ;)👍
I bet your kin folk and friends from Ireland are stoked and amazed at your journey in the world of Jeepin. Rock crawling and desert running is a difficult feat in itself from each build having to have different chassis setups.👍👍👍 congratulations
I do hope all my friends and family have enjoyed the journey as much as I have thanks to these videos 💙🏴🏴
Very proud of you and your team Hollie! Can’t wait to see You and Nessie progress in your endeavors 😊
A week later i get goosebumps (again) watching you take off from that start line. You are my hero!
Sometimes life just gets to full to be talking into a camera, we are just glad you were busy and not laid up in a hospital or something.
Absolutely loved watching y'all build this rig.
Missed the videos the last week.
That said your health and sanity is more important than me getting to watch what y'all are doing.
Thanks for the update. Loved seeing how it went.
Getting to the hammers was a major accomplishment. There are always bugs to work out of a new vehicle. You will improve with every race.
Loved hearing you tell the stories! Almost better than any footage would've been if you ask me!
What an amazing adventure! I'm so glad you put the focus on getting there. Rather than focus on keeping videos coming out and then -not- get to run.
It wasn’t an easy decision. I really enjoy sharing the process with everyone and it sucks that the story had to pause for a while, but we made it and the future for this rig is looking really promising 😊
Great job on getting the Jeep together just to make the event
I'm just now getting back to this build, congratulations wish you the best at king of the hammers!!!! Proud of you
Thank you for sharing the journey with us
Congrats Holly!! So proud of you and your team! Better luck next time!
I don't know about any of the other subscribers, I figured you were busy AF. Glad your rig was finished 👽
Wow ,what a great experience for you and your crew and an exciting well told story. . Watching from South Africa.
Yesss you cross the starting line and was up in top ten with a new build ,,,my hats off to you and all you're crew and friends that made it all possible .🇺🇸🦅🏁🤠
Next year, you'll be kickin' butt at KOH.
Congratulations on building your race truck but honestly I love your off reading, rock climbing videos.
After a little break last week and this week, I’m so ready to get back out on the trails - with both MM and Nessie. More to come and thank you for understanding!! 😊🤘🏻
So very glad you are back safe you did a great job getting things done next year you will be ready to be AWESOME
Crunch time does not allow for video making time. Nature of the beast when it comes to youtubing. I'm just glad you made the deadline. This Jeep is beautiful.
I would say you did pretty friggin awesome considering your shakedown was the actual race. You will be much more prepared for the next race. Best of luck 👍
Soo glad you got to experience KOH. Grateful you and Nessie are still in one piece. Ready to enjoy more new videos from you and Walter.
“The Ballad of Hollie Fowler”, would be hilarious to hear your freak out. Great job to that group to push so hard to get you out on the track! Seems like the teams usually have remote pit #1 staffed before start. Pit #2 saw most of the action due to rocks location. May be fun to help on pits next year if you need the head count. Hopefully you just lost a ground connection causing your no start/no crank
WOW!! That was quite the first experience with Nessie!! You have done so much in SO LITTLE TIME!!! You have so much to be proud of!! Nessie is going to do awesome on the next trip out!!!! See you on the next video!!
Welcome to the club Holly, bit different to rock crawling, huh?
I got the story over the phone from people who were there and I've been biting my tongue to stay quiet and let you tell the story.
Sorry it didn't end up quite as well as it could have but that's motor racing lass. You did phenomenally well being up to 5th in class in your first-ever race and in a brand new car (I finished my first event but in second last place, won my second 😊). Just wait until next time! "Only 1 more this year" yeah, we will see, the bug has bit, go find some sponsorship dollars because I bet you won't stop at one 😁
So glad you made it, and came back safe!! Enjoy the new rig! and no need to apologize, anyone paying attention knew you'll were working hard! 🎈😁❤
Congratulations!!! Victory! That must have been a huge bite of reality.
Missed you,, but glad your back.
What a journey. Thanks for bringing us along. You guys will get it next year.
Congrats! Y'all did an amazing feat and built a bad ass machine in less than 60 days, got it tech'd, approved, and tested in no less than KOH!!! From now and on is to get it back running, keep practicing to get more familiar, and keep tweaking the things that come up. You have an amazing team and an even more amazing group of friends that will drop anything to come help you. Nessie looks AWESOME!!!
Great Effort, You live and you learn. Next race will be 10 times better. Racing is so much FUN!
Hollie we leave to go to remote pit one at 6am to get a spot and set up. just so you know for next year.
Amazing effort by everyone. Huge congratulations on getting it done
You won! Great job on achieving your goals. I was in the club of thinking it may not make the start line. Absolutely awesome! And to make it to 5th place before a breakdown, from 30th on basically a first good test run, is amazing !!!
Hollie, it's great to to see the obedient child grow up and begin to assert her Nessieness.
Glad to see you guys make it to the hammers,I’m hoping to be there next year for the first time
HOLLIE glad to see you back.we have Missed you. I'm so happy to see you guys had fun. You sead when you was at the starting line you were nervous . I know the feeling the first time I went rock crawling in my own rock crawler my stomach was doing double backflips .🍀🍀🍀👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌
Glad your safe Hollie. You and the "team" pulled a rabbit out of the hat getting it built in time. It's a shame the electrical system took a crap, I thought the time and thinking that went into the wiring was spot on.
