Wow this is informative love them both honestly but for my nails I like reflective stones soo definitely using the resin jellies ab anything with a sparkling ✨ dazzle
So if you were to use glass rhinestones, would you use the same type of glue as you would use on the resin rhinestones? And what glue would that be if they are different?
I've recently made some resin one for my gils, not to bad. Going on a week no fading, or chipping. Hand wash only. I made for their desk but they wanted to use them so. I see how long they last.
So I have been stoning things for YEARS but it’s always been a hobby and I want to get more into creating things to sell, does the E6000 glue dissolve the backing of the resin or glass? Also I do a lot of Starbucks cups, I have never used glass before on those, how does the care/fragility change when using glass?:) thanks!
The E6000 will dissolve the backing from the resin stones, they will look very cloudy. People are using the Liquid Fusion now which is non-toxic unlike E6000, It's much easier to use, works extremely well.
Resin has Nothing on glass stones!! The shine from glass is way more brilliant. You can see videos of sneakers I've recently blinged with glass rhinestones. I used to use resin which are very pretty but glass is a more wow factor.
I love resin and jelly AB stones just as much as glass. The AB jelly ones are beautiful. Glass definitely shines more but you're going to spend $30+ easily to cover a whole tumbler vs $10 in resin. It just depends on preference and your price comfort zone.
I know your comment is 3 months old but you can definitely use rhinestones for nails. I'd suggest resin stones, and probably at most 2mm. Amazon has awesome multiple size kits, I got a gorgeous "crystal AB" in multiple sizes for like $5.99 and it had all smaller sizes more suited for nails. 💖
Try to hold still better and not move around so fast.. spend some time actually letting folks see what you’re showing... plus some details on the different types of stones would be nice... I haven’t came across too many videos explaining the different types, so a very well made upgraded version would definitely bring you more buyers.
Thank you. I really wondered what a jelly rhinestone was. That was helpful.
All are pretty, the jelly rhinestones are poppin. I need to get some of those 💜💜💜

I'm going to get a bag of resin because on camera they looked way more blingy than glass. Experiment time!

Are these to be used for nail art? And if so which one do you use out of these 4?
