    I love them so much I haven't used them yet lol I sit and look at them I find it very complicated to learn a system so i know exactly what is where iv bought 2 rolling carts and I'm going to link them with a piece of ply to make a cutting station its going to take me ages to organise everything to my satisfaction lol

    OMG this channel is becoming super valuable to me! I was about to order the festool oscillating tool to cut open some of my drywall to install a horizontal 2x4 support beam for a 50 pound mirror. On a whim, I decided to look up festool organization. You just happen to pull out the toggler snaptoggle drywall anchors and I looked them up. Needless to say this means I won't have to order the Oscillating tool for now (I'm sure I will eventually) and I can go about hanging my mirror now with these drywall anchors! Ty!!!

    Once you start using Systainers you won't go back. It also makes you look very proffesional.
    They do a cart to transport them, that is a great addition.

    Yes, they are bit pricey, but once you get them stocked and organized, they are a HUGE time saver -- and time is money. The systainers are manufactured by Tanos co., a sister company of Festool. (Sawstop is now also a Festool sister company, by the way.) If you don't mind different colored "T-loc," the Tanos versions are a bit less expensive. And if you're a really big purchaser, you can even order Tanos systainers in your own favorite configuration with your customized colors and logo.

      Great product. Best to get the new Systainer3 generation. It was just introduced by Tanos (Festool sister company and the manufacturer of the systainer system). Has a few more helpful features (front handle) and the new Organizer. Now also XXL size. Woodcraft should already have some of the new generation models. Festool will offer the new generation but probably not before 2021.

      Thom I already have several of the new front handle generation Systainers. Festool is shipping the new tools in them now 😁

      You're right. I guess they do offer them with their tools already. Wasn't exactly sure. I believe they're just not selling the Sys3 separately yet. How do you like them? Soon the rails (from the Bott van racking system) will be sold here. perfect for storing the systainer at home.

    With the drawer unit loaded up, and the tool box attached to the top of it, are you able to lift it and carry it as a single unit? I understand that depends on how much you have stuffed in there, but in general, how heavy does it get?

    • @MillisConstruction
      @MillisConstruction  3 роки тому +1

      It would get heavy for sure, I put the drawer systainers in my backseat back to back so I can access all the drawers without removing the units usually. Nice way to be able to access the whole stack space without having to unstack it all.
      I keep to many screws and parts in mine probably, the ones I keep tools in are much lighter by far 😅

    Thanks for the video, man. I've been eyeballing those three drawer sortainer units, but can't quite stomach the cost. Have they held up OK over the years? I'd be taking them in and out of jobs, not leaving them in the shop or vehicle. They'd most likely be transported in my tool trailer. Thanks again.

      I haven’t broken one yet fortunately, I did get some for absolute steals on amazon last year I think? I want to say around $70 each that we’re the regular tanos colors and I figured I’d work those in as these failed but I haven’t broken anything yet.
      Three of them live in my backseat and another 3 in the shop with fasteners, I’m in them several times per job usually every day and they’re doing fine. Dropping them would be a way different outcome I’m sure though!

      I bought a few last week and was on the fence for a couple days. Maybe even tinges of regret. But now I couldn’t go back. It’s so much easier on my back since I have it set up on the job at about 30” working height. The drawers are great.

    check out AUER packaging website. I'm hoping to do a review on some stuff I'm ordering from them.

      Frank B I love Auer’s stuff but don’t know how to get them shipped to the US. Can you let me know how you are getting them shipped or what they end up charging to ship to US?
