THANK YOU! I've had fertility doctors give up on me because they took one blood test and found my AMH levels were "trace"...less than .01. They told me I'd never have a baby unless I had an egg donor. They didn't tell me I could change those numbers! (Maybe they didn't even know?) Had a cute baby boy just 2 years ago. Thank you for debunking these myths!

@@manimani-qq1zr I've lived very holistic for the last decade since I struggled with infertility and had my first 2 kids @ 31 and 35, and wanted more kids. I eat mostly organic: whole foods, veggies/fruit, eggs/chicken, nuts/seed (I also seed cycle), healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, butter, coconut oil), limit gluten/dairy/sugar, lots of water, keep active most days as a SAHM rarely sit down, take lots of supplements and organic/natural or low toxin skin care and makeup. I also intermittent fast most days (shorter eating window) and a 1 day fast every month and 3 day water fast every 3 months at the beginning of my cycle. I definitely noticed changes in my cycle before discovering that my AMH level dropped so fast since 28 years old. I had shorter cycles (from 28 days to 24 days sometimes even 22 days!!) and my bleed got so much less abundant. I used to bleed for 5 to 6 days, now I bleed 2 to 3 days max. I also got spotting in between periods… my cycle changed completely, and I went to see many doctors but non took me seriously… my current doctor wasted almost a year and a half to decide that i should do IVF
Hello @ferielhamouda2616 The same is happening with me , I was detected with hypothyroidism last year and this thyroid issue, dropped my AMH quite sharply to 1.09 that in recent test was 1.39. I am 28 year old and have stressful lifestyle. 3-4 things I have done in last 1 months and I saw results in one month. My amh improved and uterine thickening that was no greater than 6.5 mm even after estrogen supplementation at day 18 became 8.5 mm on day 14 and i ovulated naturally on day 15. I included dried nuts like almonds, walnuts and foxnuts as snacks. Included green tea and quited caffeine. I eat 2 proper meals with low carb, slept atleast for 8 hr, ashwagandha also helped me a lot with stress and sleep. And took 30 minute walk 3 times including one at 11-12 am so that I get sun exposure for natural vit .D. when your uterine thickening will improve automatically the days u ll bleed will increase. Also, I ate gynoveda - jeehv it's a ayurvedic supplement. I think that also helped. I have not conceived but it's a good start and motivation.
Thank you for this video Doctor, I’m 40, I had my first daughter at 37 the I had 2 miscarriages , my second miscarriage was last week , I had a chemical pregnancy, watching this video gives me hope. Thank you
I hope when I get pregnant in the next couple of years I have a good healthy egg, viable and it can go onto be a healthy pregnancy. My last pregnancy in 2021 was molar caused by a bad egg blighted ovum that got fertilized and wasn't viable to continue so I had to have a D&C.

I got pregnant last year at the age of 48 (my birthday was one week before my bfp). We were so shocked but overjoyed. I did sadly miscarry at 6w3d but we had been ttc for 8 years at that point (we have no children) and it was a natural conception. We were devastated but it gave me so much hope. I’m now 49 and still trying. My amh is still good and I ovulate every single month. I do have perimenopause symptoms but I refuse to give up. Until the day comes when my periods stop I’ll keep trying! Wishing you lots of luck in your journey ❤ Wanted to share my story for anyone who thinks it’s impossible to conceive over a certain age.
