That is an extremely generous donation. You have had an impact on the hobby and the gift will be one that continues to contribute to that. Thank you for your support of the hobby.
Very generous donation Bill. Many hours of work, not to mention the dollar value! The new custodians will love it I'm sure. And I've found that every day is Saturday when you retire.
Happy that you found a good home for this layout. I have been so impressed with your work over years. Best wishes on your future. Looking forward to seeing what you do next.
I’m going to miss this layout. My late wife and I ran into your channel as you were about halfway through building it. We fell in love with it as you went along. It’s going to be a lost friend. Thank you for building it. It really is something special to me.
I’m sad to see the layout go, but glad it’s got a permanent home! Have enjoyed watching this layout develop, as well as your others. Looking forward to following along with the future build(s). Did I catch that one of them will be in Thailand? Congrats on your retirement!
Glad you found a good home for the layout! I'm guessing that the number of new layouts that get created depends on freeing up more space in your garage?
WHAT? More layouts? I thought I heard your wife say she wanted to park in the garage...? Congrats on "retirement." You get busier than ever, but just don't get pay for your efforts. Looking forward to the new stuff. Thanks!
It sounds like it's going to get home and I wish you luck for having a buyer for two other layouts I don't think the n scale would fit my little two-bedroom apartment plus I don't think it's survived the trip to Las Vegas 👍👍
There was an old saw mill i remember from my early summers in Doswell VA. I was there for 2 days in July and didn't stop to take any pictures. Kick myself because i will never have another chance
Congrats on Retirement Bill !!!! I'm right behind ya......end of the year for me. Glad you're back on UA-cam !!!!

The Transportation Museum is very lucky to receive such a wonderful donation.
