I just love your videos, having retired this summer and bought myself a motorhome, E bike and kayak your videos have given me many ideas of routes to take. I have toured Scotland many times on a Motorcycle however it is nice to see it with a different perspective. Keep up the great videos and I may see you around some time.
Thanks Stephen, thats lovely to hear 😊 you are one step ahead of us with the kayak, thats the next planned addition to our toys! 😀 see you around...Andy&Michelle
Just love all your videos. Wonderful photography and so talented in the production and editing. They are a joy to watch and we enjoy seeing many of the places we have also visited in our Motorhome. Keep enjoying your travels as much as we enjoy watching them.
Thank you , thats very kind of you to say😊 we certainly will keep enjoying our travels, we have so many great plans😀 Wishing you happy travels for 2022...Andy&Michelle
Ha ha our back garden and our bridge! Great video, really enjoyed that ! Oban is a gorgeous town, the wee island Kerrera across the bay from you has fantastic mountain biking and a stunning castle on it! Seafood platter lush isn’t it, it’s in your calendar 😂 loved that Vlog and what a Scottish trip you had! You missed Glencoe 😢 Falkirk wheel and the Kelpies to come, two of our favourites ! Look forward to that
We feel incredibly jealous of you to be living in such a beautiful place with all this on your doorstep, we would be having one of those seafood platters every weekend!! We looked at the island across the bay but just didn't have time to get there. Next time! and you can show us around 😀 Cheers...Andy&Michelle and thanks for the calendar ❤️
We have missed your videos, so was glad when this cropped up 😊 Absolutely gutted, was hoping to see Michelle do the jumps on her bike 😂 What a lovely little Town with the little Harbour and huge ferry. There’s not the same length queue as you get for the Coliseum in Rome so that’s a result 😂 helping people out of rivers, pushing motorhomes out of the mud - Andy truly is Superman Clare says.
Ha ha, that did make us laugh when we read the end of that comment! If we didn’t have another 30 miles to ride I’d definitely have taken Michelle down the mountain trail and those jumps, did say though we’d come back and have a go! No queues and free to get in, win win!! 😀 Cheers…Andy&Michelle
Hi Andy Michelle, great blog love your bike rides see so much more, looks a tight lane, some beautiful drone shots just love them ,143 steps I would be dead after 6 especially with one leg lol hehe ,it’s so hard to hear Michelle talking about when you are on tho move ,that fish platter looked delicious I love sea food ,I bet you are so pleased you have. Them electric ⚡️ bikes they look pretty fast as well ,I have never seen a lookout or pill box like that before no wonder you could not find it first time well covered in trees and shrubs, what the heck are you doing with them twigs lol Michelle ,till next time take care keep safe,John 🎄☃️🎅🏻☃️⛈⛈🙏👍👩
Hi John, yes we love the ebikes, you are right we get to see so much with them 😀 The ebikes are actually limited to 15.5 mph by motor but we can pedal over that speed. The audio is always tricky for us, it's turned up as much as possible in the editing but when we are out and about there's so many background noises and a lot of the footage is captured spontaneously so we can't always get Michelle in good mic range. We keep trying! 😀 You stay safe too...Andy&Michelle 🎅🤶🎄☃️
Merry Christmas to you both 😀🎄, yes it was quite tight on the last couple of miles to the campsite but there is another route along the coast from Oban which is slightly wider (should have mentioned that in the video! 🙄 Cheers...Andy&Michelle
Didn't know that, the Shellfish Cabin was the one thing we were told about before visiting, its famous and deservedly so. Leave alone Ferry Company! 😋 Cheers...Andy&Michelle
I think Andy was risking life and limb there, he was a bit cheeky wasn't he? :-) I could see what Michelle was thinking in that WW2 lookout, "Have the kitchen there, some nice fabric here" Another great vlog, looked lovely, apart from when Andy says "it's the first time we've sat outside for five weeks" FIVE WEEKS. Now, in the South of France....lol Thanks for sharing..GB
Notice how I was keeping my distance as I was saying it! Trust me I only give back 5% of what I receive! Yes 2 days out of 5 weeks is not a good ratio, we did have one other warm day but we were overnighting in a lay-by. Cheers...Andy&Michelle
Just watched your video by chance, thank you for saying such nice things about my home town. You passed by my house going up to the tower. I'm glad you liked the Goudie style artwork which is by local artist Alice Strange who lives in the house there. She is so creative. Taynuilt, Tay /nult 🙂 The walk you did from the campsite is a regular dog walk for us, it's amazing with the views. Haste ye back, thankyou Alioban
The nice things said were thoroughly deserved 😀 Thanks for the information about you local artist Alice, thats really interesting to know. Tay /nult - thank you, we struggle with the pronunciations! we'll definitely visit again...Andy&Michelle
We love your videos, and hope to do the NC500 next June. Your Itinerary is exactly what we would like to do, where you stay and visit exactly. Would you please kindly share your Itinerary with me ??. All the best, Jenny
Thanks Jenny, great to hear you are enjoying our channel 😀 now for the bad news! We basically winged it on this trip, Scotland came out of lockdown and we headed there not knowing the day before that we would be doing so, this means we have no itinerary other than the order of the videos is the route we took. If it helps I can send the campsites we stayed at ? is that what you were looking for? Cheers..Andy&Michelle
@@ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures Well, you certainly winged it well !!. A list of your sites in order of trip would be great please. We too are C & Motorhome members. What time if year was it please ?. Thank you so much, Jenny
@@jamesmcculloch4286 Hi, we took this trip in May 2021 - just as Scotland left lockdown which is why it was fairly quiet, couple of tips... Sango Sands is amazing but you can't book so get there early, West is best so spend the vast majority of your time there, we also missed some locations on the North West due to poor weather so check out places like Melvaig. Also the order might look strange, we intended to go Clockwise but a windscreen chip sent up to Inverness after Skye Luss Campsite Staffin Caravan & Camping Site Ardelve caravan and camping park Loch Ness Shores Camping & Caravanning Club Site Bunchrew Caravan Park Ltd Loch Ness Bay Camping John O'Groats Caravan and Camping Site Campsite Durness Broomfield Holiday Park Gruinard Bay Parking Inverewe Gardens Camping & Caravanning Club Site Gairloch Holiday Park Kinlochewe Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite Ben Nevis Holiday Park Oban Caravan & Camping Park Beinglas Farm Campsite Cheers...Andy&Michelle

Fort William to Oban is quite tight in places! Glad you got there in one bit. Looks like you scored with the weather. 🎄Merry Christmas

Nice to see the shellfish cabin is still on the dock, last time I was there the ferry company was trying to get him off there, amazing food still 😋😋😋😋
