Hi Ryan, I am a big fan of yours and have listened to both your prior books multiple times and just bought your new one. I have a question that I've been wondering about for some time. How do you manage to have mental clarity and energy when you don't sleep more than around 4-6 hours per night? Do you have a mutation of the gene ADRB1, which makes the process of resting the brain faster than normal or is it mostly due to your workout in the morning coupled with healthy eating you think? I'm very curious because you're kind of an idol to me and a big influence/inspiration on how I think about life and business (newly started small business owner myself with a friend, working our way up).
