@@aminman15 Its the way the paint holds up on those. Alligator/crocodile get a weird stiff texture when you have to paint/dye on weird colors on them. I could see the stiffness the moment they had the watch off the stand. Couple that with the fact that it was a Rolex daytona and it was on a OEM leather strap there was really only one option that would come to mind immediately and he remembered that awful colorway.

it would of been nice to see some other kinds of watches besides 15 daytonas. FP Journe, Blancpain, Vasheron Constantin, something other than just rolex AP and Pateks. But fair play, Nico knows some shit.

I still found it incredible that he can get he exact reference number of those Pateks and Ap's. I could barely tell them apart just looking at them.

90% of what they trade in is Rolex, AP Royal Oak and PP Nautilus. FP seems to be extremely hard to get hold of even on the grey market because the people buying them are so rich they are not interested in flipping at least on day 1 anyway.
So this is what he does for Christmas, wonder what the Easter bunny will bring.

It'd be awesome to see Nico pick out the $1K super replica watches from real using only his eyes & feel, some of them are identical down to the parts & only have non original sealed internal bearings, their tech has advanced & making it tough for experts even (without magnification, dissesmbly & comparison w/known authentic example)
