Dear its simply called sprocket nut and bolts. Down side there are nuts and on up side there is lock placed on bolts i think you are talking about these locks....
Do you have the original sprocket with you? if you do can you please tell us 1-which size screws did it take i.e. 5mm? 2- What is the diameter of sprocket inner hole where it is narrowest and where it is widest?
Salman Dard Front sprocket Allen key is 5mm and as far as i can see the dia of inner hole Narrow 16mm Wide 20 mm inner teeth size is 5mm and teeth gap is 4 mm.

W .SALAM dear oil ager zameen py nichy nhi gir rha i mean k thory bhat drops bh ager zameen py girty hain to app is bolt ki washer change kren. oil ager sirf bolt py hi thora bht lag rha hy to its ok dont worry about this bolt ko just us k recommended torque py tight kren. thank you
