I also don’t believe that you did weighted one arm pull-ups… I’ve seen some of the very best athletes come down the pipe not manage an unweighted one arm pull up let alone with weight in their hand.
Even with a shoulder surgery, you would have far more carryover strength… I had a torn rotator cuff and was still beating everybody in North America, except Hutch because my arm was still strong enough to make a very effective and I beat him five times winning the majority in our final year meeting Eachother.
Usually people who do 1 arm pull-ups are very light rock climbers or are very dedicated calisthenics people, but you almost never see somebody do them weighted.
Based on your physicality, I just don’t believe it .

Over 10 reps either hand and either grip 1 arm pull ups, over 80 pushups in a minute, 4min nd change mile run after double sessions with a helmet on, passed a car at cruise set to 25mph, curling 20lbs over my bodyweight, benched 335lbs at bodyweight of 135lbs with a blown out shoulder in highschool. Due to injuries i cant do alot of that now but ppl still remember the shit i did, especially the crazy shit haha. Bud, anyone who was fascinated by grip strength back in the early 2000's remembers your feats. For that specific time they were incredible. Especially for someone who was barely old enough to drink and weighed in at 200 pounds!
I remember seeing your face on the grip board certifications for being the first person to ever close a Mash Monster Gripper level 3. Maybe it was Monster Mash? Cut me a little slack. It's been a while, haha. Like i said in one of your other videos, i was a teenager obsessed with strength. So i remember it like it was yesterday, even though it was genuinely two decades ago. You motivated me back then without even knowing it. Just as you still do now, only now i can tell you about it.
Documenting things back then was much more difficult. You couldn't just whip out a mobile phone and have high quality photos and videos. When i was a teenager, my buddies and i were in a metal band. We toured all over New York state. I only have like 2 super low quality videos from that time, that my mother captured with a camcorder. Thanks Momma, i miss you.
I wish i had all of those recorded to show my kids, who are now as old as i was back then! Heal up bud, we're not 20 anymore lol.

The natty way is riddled with bumps in the road. You earn everything you achieve though in the end! Good not to take a match if you could get more injured than you are. Hope what you have is just a serious tweak.
I'm glad you'll pick up some grip work again, few have ever closed a 4, that shows you went to that .001%. and seeing how you came into pro level and already challenging dudes whod been doing it for years...the blue collar/grip work made a big difference. same with you doing rolling thunder pullups with weight one handed...definitely document any great things you accomplish. I STILL wish someone would tell me the old Grip forum name your speak of, so i can look it up on the waybackmachine and see if whats archived(if you remember, please tell : ) )
You know better than me, but, doing hammer/sledgehammer supination then pronation back and forth used to help me rehab the tendon/muscles around elbow injury. that and i wish vitacell would sponsor a natty like you. surely its not bad for buissiness but WDIKnow
