    I absolutely love her structured training approach. I think the failure rate would change dramatically if all of the IMOs offered such a structure vs the buy a bunch of Leads and talk to your friends and family method with minimal and subpar training.

      If you just want to sell Life Insurance, then yes I agree. But if you have the strong desire to build a business then it should be something YOU build for future agents to see the benefit of!

    @17:00 so she's saying the new agents introduce the manager that's going to close. they're experienced but have sales experiences. sure the new agent will get commission for that first week but what happens after> Once, they're off to be on their own the whole "you make your own commission now but yet struggle bc life insurance is a whole different ball park.
