I love the mirror idea! How creative and thrifty! It's been so long since I've commented. I hardly have time to watch UA-cam these days. Not sure if you remember, we started foster parenting in August when we took in our first two kiddos. A week before Christmas we got 2 more phone calls, one for a 6 month old and one for a 2 day old. Needless to say life has been busy around our home. It has been such an amazing experience. Trying at times with some tears shed, but we have managed to stay a float. So we went from 10 years of TTC, to foster parents, and now a family of 6. We never know when they'll return or if they will at all, but it's still so worth it! I can't believe how big Jackson is now. I love his toy room, I wish we had the space for a room for toys.
Congrats on getting licensed and opening your home to those 4 kiddos! We (finally) got licensed in December and welcomed our foster daughter (3 months at the time-she's almost 6 mos now) at the beginning of the year. It works for us to have one child but I am still super busy with my job and being an instant parent. I don't know how you are surviving but they are definitely worth it! We TTC for about 10 years too, we've been married for 17 years in June, together for 20.
The room looks great! I can't wait for our IKEA to open this spring/summer, there are so many things I want to get. So glad you are okay with Jackson playing with all kinds of toys, even ones marketed toward girls because of the color. You are right- they don't care.

Where are your wall labels from please?
Where is that long animal & number puzzle from?
I'm not sure it was a gift!
@@FibroFightingBarbie It is ok ☺. I was able to find it online
Where did you get your desk from?
Ikea, we added the front piece from material at home depot then spray painted it
Cool room. If you just went through the drawers in order and not skip around it probably would've been easier for you. 🤷🏽♀️
