MOTIVATION MONDAY-STEPHANY

This is Stephany.
Stephany has selflessly listened to countless friends and has let them confide in her. Stephanie comforted her friends who were suffering, and eased their anxiety. It didn't matter if it was at noon or 3'oclock in the morning, Stephany was there to be the friend that person so desperately needed it, and she did it out of love.
Stephany has helped her friends by just being herself and listening. She made them realize they are not alone, and I can guarantee her friends appreciate that more than she can even imagine.
Stephany wants you to NEVER be ashamed to get yourself help, and is a HUGE advocate for therapy.
She also wants you speak out to your friends, they will listen and LOVE YOU for who you are, trust Stephany.
