I feel like the cost is most attributed to al the bells and whistles that are unnecessary, I think I could just build a large wooden box for under 10k, put a bed, wash basin, toilet and have it done. These architects are trying to get rich...the value is not there for these stupidly little dog houses lol like putting lipstick on a pig
