And this is why people are in loveless marriages and go ahead with forced marriages. In some cases this is why people continue to be abused because they allow it. Same thing with verbal abuse from family members co workers/ spouse/ in-laws.- WAKE UP and STOP LIVING other people's lives. Live your life. People there is hope- you know who you are- people can f off. Always giving labels. Guess what the person who labelled me trying to make me look bad- found out her husband was cheating on her with many younger aged women than her. Anyway I'm sure you have your own examples.

@@yfhello I’m so sorry that you have to deal with depression and anxiety. But only you can make a conscious decision for yourself to sit in the driver’s seat of your life and overcome these debilitating emotional health conditions and start a path to daily healing.
Again, it is a conscious effort, a conscious decision you have to make.
Once you do, you work on it a little step at a time. You don’t introduce big change suddenly; your body and mind will reject it. Remember you did not get to where you are suddenly; it took you years. So you do the same, backwards, to gain your positive mindset and healing. Think of it as playing a game with your mind , if you will.
Mindfulness meditation, the latest research shows helping with depression, and anxiety. Research, as much as possible, on your issues. You will find natural remedies, instead of drugs.
If you need to take medications, do so, in an awareness that they are to be taken cautiously. And to get you on track. Drs help, but only you know what is best for you. Research. Watch your eating habits. Exercise any little bit possible. Even if inside the house. Sleep is very important. And stress control. We live in times that outside sources are pushing our tolerance for stress. TV is the stressor of many. So take time for you first. I read a very old book that worked with repetition, it worked wonders with me! You have to read every chapter (4 pages long each chapter) 3x a day for 30 days, so it basically takes 10 months to finish this book. It's truly magical that some chapters only after 20 days into it I was like "wait, was that written here before?? How come I'm reading this every day and never notice it?", truly amazing how repetition works. If you are interested, it's a book about self-development, but it's called "The Greatest Salesman In the World" by Og Mandino.

You know this is a bit of an epiphany. In my younger years, I strongly felt that my mind, and who I wanted to be was limited by my parents knowledge, experience, and education. I decided to move away, about 1000 miles away from them, where I would only have to give the occasional call, and I had the reasonable excuse why I couldn't visit regularly due to distance. I noticed as soon as I did this, I became more successful, I decided to try things, and excel at them, where if I was still with my parents, I would of gotten that push back, and felt the limitations programmed into me, to not even try those things. I still become angry at myself when I notice these trends that align with the way my family is or thinks. I realized I was doing things in this video without me realizing it was the right thing. Repetition, and developing around the people I consider successful have brought so much to me. What my point is, the content in this video is telling the truth, I am an experiment without realizing. Obviously mentality has a huge impact, because I could of easily moved away for the wrong reasons. However, fortunately I was self aware to the fact that the way my family is programmed leads to limited success and accomplishments.

It can be changed. I grew up in such an emotionally abundant childhood. Lots of freedom and nature. Then for 10 yrs in my adulthood I experienced so much darkness from ppl I couldn't escape as I needed to be there to protect my kids. A psychopath was after me and the legal system didn't do shit. It traumatised me - the fear, the threats, constant fight or flight. It reprogrammed my body. I could no longer physically move. All up to this point I was one of those ppl who was always happy with loads of energy and then I turned into stone and fatigued. Only hypnotherapy pulled me out as I rediscovered the happiness before it was reprogrammed by the abuse of threats and punishment.

As an NLP practitioner, I can only say, spot on. I've literally seen people walk in with suicidal depression and walk out 90 min later whistling Mozart. PTSD in this country is as common as poverty. 3 sessions, it's over. All because the client says something else. OK, it's not as easy as that, but still, the self-talk goes into another direction. And that's the magic.

It need not be the first seven years also, sometimes we internalize some failures in our teenage years and it takes years to shed this. But never late than never. It can start from today. The next generation who comes in contact with me will never have to suffer what I went through mentally. Thanks for spreading such awareness. Not go forward. Stay back. Undeserving. Unworthy. Unsuccessful. Not good enough. Unlovable. Stuck. Less than. My belief system imprinted on failure and negativity regarding self worth and self esteem. I suffered without a clue until my first nervous breakdown at the age of fifty. The next twenty three years of discovery took me through and past a reluctant subconscious...to the very core of my remaining dysfunction - Imprinting. My final life chapter is devoted to discarding those very early damaging and false imprints, and reprogramming. What a tragic waste of ones potential.

Another key is do things you love. That's why they always say have a hobby. Or at least 1 time a month buy yourself something. Key point to that is its not about the materialistic thing that you buy its about doing something for you. There are more then one way to help you. Discover you, fall in love with you. Stop fighting yourself. Stop arguing with you (you know you do it). Find the hunger within. To be a better you. Don't let people feed you crap about yourself. Stop letting others have an effect. It may seem selfish it may sound like it, but it's not. If you work on you then things around you become better.
    Things around you become smoother.
There will always be someone out there to challenge your self worth. There is no worth, because your priceless. Bruce Lee once said be water. Flow like water. Stop fighting the current.
