Psychologically I don't think he is. I think that because of his training as a lawyer he has convinced himself that he isn't lying, he is just distorting the truth. A sociopath or a psychopath has to have a certain amount of gravitas which Starmer doesn't have. Unless Starmer is up there with Streep, De Niro and Pacino, his boring and beige persona would be a master class in acting.

I was never a Corbyn fan and didn't think I could feel sympathy for the man until I heard Starmer in this scenario. The guy is an utter snake. If I had to choose between the 2, I wouldn't hesitate to pick Corbyn.

I find it hysterical when I see people on X going on about how great and honest Starmer is and always default to "he was a human rights lawyer", I always reply "you see what you've just done there right? You mentioned he was a lawyer, lawyers are trained and paid very handsomely to distort the truth".
