I just received mine today. After doing a couple of hats do you have any NEW advise? Did you increase or decrease your original temp? Did you continue to use the heat tape? Any advise would be appreciated. I am waiting for my hats to be delivered tomorrow and then OFF I GOOOOO
Hunny u are gonna be so impressed at the outcome of each hat! I think the hat press is so much fun! Ok so I took the temp down to 380 and instead of the heat tape I use a piece of cloth to that I cut from a shirt to cover the front of the hat along wit the butcher paper but I am still trying to perfect it…let me know how your hats turn out💚

Yes I still use it…I absolutely love it! I have tried another hat press and I didn’t like it so it kinda discouraged me from buying one but I can say I am happy I bought this one because I am impressed so far!!🌺
Hello. I was looking at the wala heat press because it had a curved bottom platen at the front. Ot makes the hat fit better without wrinkles. This one looks the same and cheaper price. Does the bottom curve on the top?
Are u talking about the adjustable hook on the bottom that goes inside the hat that make the hat stay in place? I did my research before I bought this hat press and both basically has the same things except this one is half the price! I love the fact that it has the lever that u can pull to help the hat stay on the press nice and snug🌺
The bottom platen that the cap sets on. The front of that platen does it curve down?

I use 310 degrees for 10-15 seconds…let me know if that helps💐💚
