In practical terms, going for the bull isn't a good strategy. 25 means you need a treble and a double (or bull bull) 50 means you need either a treble and a double (or 25 bull)

Because he needs a single either way, and if gets it immediately, he can continue playing on the 20, which logically would be more comfortable than playing the bull and bulls eye. I first assumed he would always try to get the bulls eye with his first dart, and if he misses he still has a chance. But is single bull into bulls eye easier than T20 into D20? I don't think so. But I'm no darts player. I just like thinking about game strategy. Anyways, if I were Taylor I would aim for the iron separating the bull and bulls eye. I wouldn't wanna risk landing outside of the bull, but I wouldn't necessarily be happier with bulls eye than single bull with my first dart. Any players out there who knows first hand if it's easier to chase T20 into D20 or bull into bulls eye?
