Chris is the man..I called him up one day to ask about some husqvarna parts and when he answered his first words was “holy shit”..I’d never talked to the man before that conversation ..great guy..great business
Dammit man!!! Your growing on me! I wish I had time to create like you do.. 40 plus years as a Stihl tech and everything else for that matter and I applaud you sir! You’re not afraid to screw up and then show the world… big balls my man!! If I can ever help give me a shout. I’m in Texas but I would love to be able to make an event … maybe someday, my wife’s health keeps me close to home but saws run deep in my heart and soul! My second true love. Thank you for all you do
I wish more people thought like you! Many folks get confused and think I'm an idiot or a fool when I get things wrong. They are quick to say, "You don't know what you are talking about!" And this is due to me showing my mistakes. When other channels only show perfection, and they are well seasoned veterans as well... it becomes very easy for people to forget that mistakes are a huge portion of the learning process. It is also a problem when seasoned vets are close-minded to new things. They say, "I've been doing this for 40 years, I know what I'm talking about!" Well, I have a shop nearby with a 40+ year seasoned vet who regularly tells customers that they only need to touch the rakers of a chain on the initial sharpening and from there on... they self adjust. He refuses to acknowledge that this is foolish, because.... he's been doing it that way for 40+ years. I learn from my mistakes and am always open to learning from other people. And I don't shy away from that in my videos. It is a healthy way to be.
👍🆙DR, hello neighbor, good comment! This is probably my main reason I gravitated 2 NL's content, where keeping it real is normal not 2 mention(Captain Chainsaw)😬😁🤐
At 56 years old I know for a fact that not every damn thing about chainsaws is carved in stone and cannot be changed! I learn something everyday! If I find an easier or better way to wipe my ass!! Your damn rite I’m gonna try it!! You can’t be stuck in your ways .. no way to live life lol
Your channel got me to order a g660 pro 😂 now just to find the right 36" bar and chain for milling! Haha I had no idea about the echo bar/link thing, I have a cs590 with a 20" and just recently got a chain for it that was too big now I know why! I ended up just getting another 20" Oregon bar and chain combo off Amazon for it. Wish I would’ve known about this dukes those prices!
What happened to the 254xp top end on the wemar saw? Did you run into a insurmountable problem or just het bored with it? I'm asking cause thats right up my alley if you want to get rid if it.
Not that it really makes a difference, but looks like same packaging as a timber ridge and or a Tri link B/C combo. I'd be willing to bet the Dukes is still the cheaper option
620 cylinder squish work, Would have loved 2 see some of the footage or at least the audio of when you realized what just happened and the conversation you had w/ yourself😬🤐😁

Yes sir. Always had excellent service from The Dukes.
I love it when people act like real people and not the stupid "workplace professionalism." Just be...human!
Thanks fellas!
