We won the league losing only 1 game and conceding just 18 goals in 90/91 despite half the team being drunk or hung over and Tony Adams being sent to prison. Makes you wonder how we could’ve dominated the early 90s instead of United if they had stayed sober

@@thomasbarnes1498 If you are meaning the double in 98, Wenger got the job in 96, so had already cut out the drinking culture and introduced the sport science, diets and nutrition by then.
The season Arsenal finished 12th in 95/96, perhaps they would have done better if the players were not drinking so much??
Its a bit hypocritical these pundits criticise players nowadays considering some of the things they used to get away with but then I suppose that the money players get paid these days is astronomical compared to what these players got when they were playing that's probably why most of them are pundits nowadays?
