Fortunately, we can avoid using the randomness approach, but we must first arrange the required components and quantities. Prepare the following materials: 350 fragments of sin, 350 fragments of fate, 2 powerful dimensional essences, 3 enchant tickets, and zeny.

It depends, if your build needs FCT why not. Eternal Slash and Savage Impact do not have FCT in their skill info so I dont need the A grade effect.
