The use of actual Bloodborne assets like Astel's face (Watchdog of the Old Lords) or the Reviled Malagma (Brain of Mensis + Ludwig The Accursed) or the Forgotten Apostle (Bone Lycan reskins) and the Elden Great One's Moon Presence style belly makes it feel surprisingly immersive. Like it's just a giant Bloodborne styled spinoff. But 8:18 WTF was that 😂

I feel like Maliketh would be an easy fix. Instead of looking like an alien, he should look more beast-like instead. This mod is in early development, so maybe looks to the bosses could change over time.
I think the 2 biggest issues I have with this mod so far is, 1, the lack of any new changes in boss movesets, I think it would be neat if some switch ups or changes were added to subvert your expectations and even improve on some of the vanilla fights, and 2, how almost all the humanoid bosses look the exact same. Radagon, Malenia, and Morgott look like black, armored mannequins. Add at least some that look like proper hunters

Very very impressive. If this guy handles the change of locations visuals this will be a legit separate game. Visuals and eastetics are THAT important.
Interesting changes but I would like to mention a few things since I worked on character design and 3D models in the past. The first thing I noticed immediately was the texturing. I'm sorry but it is not particularly good. In many cases, the textures were not mapped properly onto the models and there was a lot of stretching and deformations during animations. This could be due to the quality of geometry edits to the original models as well. It was worst during Rykard's bossfight where the additions to the snake's model and low-res textures resulted in just one long black, visually glitchy noodle moving around. I would try to fix it by increasing the triangle count around the most stretched areas and creating the details like the eyes on the snake right on the model and not just adding them via textures, redo the mapping for them or maybe consider moving these detailed parts to the areas of the model which doesn't undergo too much deformation during animations. One more thing I quickly noticed is the texture for Morgott's cloak. It seems like someone just plugged plain black to the diffuse map, set the gloss value to 1 and maybe added random noise texture as a displacement/normal map. And from certain angles under the lighting conditions of the throne room, it looks very disturbing to the rest of the model. Like if the texture is suddenly bugged, vanished entirely and a default grey diffuse was applied by the engine instead. Last thing is not a problem in its core, just a recommendation. I think that there is sometimes too big of a difference between the visual style of the boss and the arena or his attacks. And such a mismatch can take away a lot presentation value even from a great character model. It's the feeling that it doesn't belong in that arena/world whatsoever. Of course, you can't redesign the whole game but I would certainly try to play with the lighting some more, get specifically angled shadows in the arenas that could create contrasting focus points and highlight specific sections that match your desired atmosphere, change the color temperature and also add some models to the arenas that would match the visual style of the boss design. There's no need to clutter or recreate them. Just a few well-picked and well-placed assets in combination with good, thought out and consistent lighting, reflections and shadows you can transform the whole visual style of that environment, often in less than an hour. I hope I didn't offend anyone with my remarks. I write this in good faith because I think the project has potential. These are just a few things that can be, in my opinion, improved.
