My tip: buld your gardens as close to the well (or river I guess) as possible so you don't have to walk all the way across your farm to fill up your water.
Click on the bed and you need to reclaim it… I don’t like the buttons for redecorating especially inside the house. I play on Switch so it might be different for you. For me ZL is the button
