    Hoping I get some new equipment for Christmas to start pressure fermenting my lagers! I think its gonna make things easier and faster with about the same results. Cheers!

    Simple trick: just shorten the tube of your keg so the yeast and the rest of the trub stays (if there is any) in it. Then it should run perfectly clear 🍺👍
    Edit: late hop edition (whirlpool) of aroma hops like Tettnanger with low alpha makes the lager even more round.

      Hey Thomas! Yea I also read that too. I actually just picked up some floating dip tubes which pretty much do the same thing. Also interesting note on the low alpha hops, ill look into that! Cheers!
