3 bhk in Anna nagar is expensive almost 2.9 plus cr this one looks real value for money.
How far is this site from Koyembedu metro ?

Expensive wise I too agreed but BRIGADE is well known for their build quality and structure layout.
The property owners of Brigade will have higher UDS share since most of the towers are G+6 structures and not high rise buildings!
