There are quite a few programs that can help with performance, also playing on a lower res and closing any addicional programs also help. My tip is to go for a cheap graphics card, even used ones usually perform really well, go for something like a med end pc build which isn't as hard to build and can run many games even new ones at a steady 60fps on low or medium graphics, thats coming from a once low end pc user.
I can say, it was my lovely experience with this game, i have played for the first time but it immerse me in it..just play it you will love. It is just 1.4 GB Game..and you can see the graphics and gameplay..it blow my mind.
