Wow, no big surprise you got full asking price, it's magnificent 👌💐
WOW! The veneers are gorgeous. The color scheme is delicious. ♥️🌻♥️
That's a nice piece of work. I just smiled seeing it, could not believe [trust me I rarely find something to really like]. Totally worthy of 500 bucks.
Good job!
Absolutely beautiful. What a transformation, I love it. Thank you for the tips on how to add the veneer.
Great Job!! That color combo is perfect.... I will definitely be using that custom mix in the future!
I liked they it was it dosent look before piece you did beautiful job on that piece
Thank you so much!
Great flip !
To help you the way to do Varner or laminate is to lay dowels or sticks down on the top of the piece about 2 inches apart the whole length and set the veneer on that and slowly pull the dowels out and stitch the veneer down as you remove the dowels this is so you can place the veneer in the right area and then stick it down with a laminate roller
Thanks for the tip!!
@@SimpleAsThatbyBhavika sure thanks you I hope you understand just look up how to laminate on wood Ora counter top it should show you keep up the good work I do just about everything love watch your shows
Yupp I have since seen a video that uses this technique so totally understand what you were suggesting. Thanks so much for the support!
@@SimpleAsThatbyBhavika also if ya want to remove laminate put lacquer thinner or acetone might work in a a squirt bottle and squirt under the laminate and peel slowly or use a wide puddy knife and put it between it and the piece and slowly peel it away but be careful not to get it in your eyes or on other things like painted areas etc ware eye and hand protection sometime you can use a hot iron to help loosen laminate if you need to maybe tape other areas off if needed
So beautiful
What an incredible transformation! I shudder at that awful plastic, faux “wood” you had to start with but you certainly made it beautiful. I learned so much from you about applying the veneer. Thanks!
Awesome!!
There is such a thing as a special laminate glue roller and you can just use a plastic bondo spreader or something of that type but get the contact cement in a regular can with out its own brush otherwise just use a chip brush
What a stunning transformation, Bhavika! It doesn’t even look like the same piece. Your custom color and the tone of stain go beautifully together. And BRAVO on applying the veneer, you’d never know it was your first time!! Totally agree with the legs too, the new ones look sooo much better and like they were made for the piece (the ones on it almost looked like they weren’t the original ones). Just found your channel and subscribed. Looking forward to future projects.💜
Thanks Ashley!!
But she has done this before.
I used veneer for the first time on the legs of an 1898 Brunswick Saratoga pool table. I have not finished it yet and still have to put rosewood veneer on the rails this will be harder as I have to put it on a 3/4" radius on the edges.
What a huge transformation!!! Love the color you choose with the wood grain!
You were not put off by the work that needed to be done. You have great vision. This piece looks beautiful. Congratulations.
New sub to you! Enjoy your work, inspiring. I just started my upcycling/restoration business and this video helped me learn good technique for veneering. What store/company did you buy the veneer from?
That piece turned out gorgeous!!!
Luv the two tones , not sure plywood is considered solid wood on drawers 🤔 2 tone or not 2 tone ? that is the question Yes 2 tone 👏
Molto bello!!! complimenti
beautiful piece.
Fabtastic!!
Beautiful!!
Great job. I’m wondering what kind of paint sprayer you use?
I use the Wagner Flexio 5000
Nice job.
Next time, lay down 3-5 small dowels or thick wires on the tacky wood surface. Then lay the veneer gently atop to position it. Then one by one remove those supports as you adhere the veneer. That’s how we were taught in wood construction classes.
BTW, I love your color choices. Very elegant. 💕♥️💕
Thanks for the tip!! Since this video I have learned this technique and have actually incorporated it into other veneer applications. Appreciate the support!
Beautifully done!
Pretty
Do you showcase your work on Instagram? You do such a beautiful job!
Thank you!! Yes I do have an instagram called @relovedbylad
Beautiful job!!! I’ve never tried veneer but maybe I will if it’s not too expensive to purchase.
The leg replacement was brilliant! Beautiful colors 😍
Wow!! Absolutely beautiful. Great job.

You are very talented. I enjoyed this makeover.🙂
Thank you!
Gorgeous!
Вы, девушка, слегка лукавите. В свою смету расходов вы не заложили ни фурнитуру, ни электроэнергию, потраченную на шлифование. Так что при подсчёте чистая прибыль у вас значительно снизится.))))
