Awww..I'm so sorry you weren't able to do your whole trip that you had so looked forward to darlin! That being said, good for you for realizing your body’s limitations and packing it in when you did and not trying to push through the pain and keep going, possibly winding up in a bad situation that may have become a rescue situation...not an easy decision to make. I'm so proud of you and so happy you're going to keep it to shorter and lighter hikes! 💜💜💜
Right? The town was pretty deserted. It seemed all of the people were either at the townsite campground or out in nature exploreing, hiking etc. For being in season, I was expecting way more people!
