Honestly, between all of the new ways so shiny hunt, I find myself coming back to Arceus almost 2 years after launch to shiny hunt starters instead of hatching hundreds of thousands of eggs. Thanks for the tips, Catherine! You're the real shiny, here!

Your video is the most easiest to follow and least demanding for shiny hunting!! I literally jumped on my game, tried your tricks and came across a shiny psyduck after i gave up on the first outbreak i came across. This guide is legit! Thank you for sharing.

So i just found this video today, only found your channel 3 days ago, watched it and started trying to find outbreaks the way the video mentioned.
Then, after a few tries, I got a turtwig outbreak in the exact location. I thought "well, it's probably not going to yield anything, but it's shiny is so cute so I'll go for it."
I go there... and get a shiny female turtwig on the first try after a few of them run. Thank you so much for making this video, it seriously blessed my shiny luck on that outbreak. ^w^
Tldr
Finished your video like 20 mins ago, started doing the strat, saw a growlithe mass spawn, and got the shiny grwolithe. Thank you for the video!

I got a shiny Kadabra and Golduck doing this. Honestly just going to mass outbreaks from time to time can really help with finding shinies

I was struggling because I double saved and I think that messed up my drifblim outbreak but I went and did a cherubi out break and the first cherubi I saw was shiny, now I'm gonna get a shiny cherrim>:]
I caught a shiny drifloon and a alpha shiny driffloon at no outbreak

Hey, question on resetting the outbreak, I reset it over 10 times but have not gotten the original outbreak to reappear, is it different in V 1.1 or am I just REALLY unlucky?
I believe this was a method called shiny chaining and I think they patched it.

Thanks for the guide! I have tried like this, but everytime I return in the village, the mass outreak disappear EVERYTIME no matter what I reset the switch or not, I don't understand ;-;
I was looking for comments like these, sorry man but this shiny method as of now is outdated and does not work, this was made much closer to the games' release. from experience I know that this method did work, but as of now outbreaks will always reset upon going back to jubilife :) so, if an outbreak happens and it has no shinies, you can't get a shiny from it because it will have the same pokemon every time.

Hi, also a newbie in playing legends of arceus. If the spawns are more aggressive like scythers and psyducks, is it okay to encounter and defeat each one of them, then if no shiny spawned, i then restart the game again? Does it still count? 😅
you could reset, but there’s no point as this method is outdated and doesn’t work anymore :(

@@tochigyaru i’ve looked everywhere and i guess now all you gotta do is hope that the batch is shiny, if it’s not you gotta keep resetting the outbreaks until you get the same one, which really stinks

I was trying this with crogunk and the outbreak disappeared and I tried to go back to the village and come back but for some reason it didn’t work. I need help
This trick doesn't work on the updated Daybreak version (version 1.1.1) so it won't work anymore.
Bear in mind after the daybreak update, this DOES NOT WORK. (Unless you or someone can elaborate on this)
What ever shiny you find is determined WHEN THE GUARD SAYS THERE ARE POKEMON. Also, when you leave, the mass outbreak is always gone. So what ever is there is there.
The way I do it is save before speaking to the guard, speak to him, if there are pokemon you want, go there, catch them all, if a shiny spawns, great. If not, there are NO shinies there and no resetting will bring a shiny in.
Just leave town, go back, speak to the guard again until you get another mass outbreak.
I've gotten 3 double shinies now. Piloswine, Kadabra and Snorunt (both male) 🤣🤦♀️

I've been trying to hours to reset my togepi outbreak by leaving the mud lands for the village but when I check to go hack the outbreak is always gone

Nope, once you leave the outbreak it disappears.
On my way to the outbreak a shiny wurmple showed up lol

I tried. I never seem able to keep the outbreak I want.
After checking all the mons in the horde, I reset, then return to the village, then head back to the map, which then shows different outbreaks. every. single. time.
tried this today in the double digits.
autosave is off, always been, double checked.
I heard that there is a 60 second window from entering the area to returning to village to ensure the outbreak remains. still. nothing.
Anyone kind enough to clarify and illuminate this unshiny grievance?
I also noticed that in this video, no massive mass outbreaks are occurring.
Could that be a reason why my targeted singular mass outbreak never stays?
I mean like some sort of rng prioritizing new mass outbreaks and massive mass outbreaks. Like a post game 'outbreak charm' or something.
I caught every pokemon and perfected more than half the dex, and got 30 shinies in 205 hours of gameplay. all plots taken place. maybe that's why? god.
Its frustrating to watch sometimes.
This video came out before the update that changed the way outbreaks work and introduced massive mass outbreaks- the video I made after this one is a bit more up-to-date :)
