I just bought these but seem to have a loudness problem because of the EU loudness regulations etc. They are just too quiet for anything. Any ideas how to turn the volume cap off??
Same here I had razer before and honestly I don’t like the g377 the surround sound for it is horrible and just sounds low. Tasers 7.1 surround sound it’s so much better
The sidetone function doesnt work, it works when Im on the microphone setting but when I click out of the microphone setting it stops working, it also sounds really bad, like robotic
I would like to know how to turn off spatial sound, whenever i walk ingame i can hear my own footsteps on each side of my headset for example, when i walk on my left leg only my left side of the headset produce any type of audio and so on with the right side. I want it to be both at the same time, not taking turns or whatever.
why does the mic sound like shit? im testing them but my old headset was better in my opinion. if someone have any tips how to make the mic sound better please let me know
Hi! Have you tried playing with the different Blue Voice settings in G HUB? Sometimes if the noise reduction or high pass settings are turned up too high, your voice won't sound as clear or it may sound like it's cutting in & out. Hope this helps!
the headphones are GREAT but the Ghub software is crap. My headphones are flat.. so put themon charge and oh, ghub tells me in seconds that it's 100% charged.. uh no it isn't. So many people hate Ghub For charging, I just go by the colour of the light on the headphones. Red bad, orange is getting there and green is all good. Thanks ghub 😒🙄
Sorry to correct your post. The G733's COULD be great but without GHub audio is flat, the mic tinny and the bass like a tennis ball. I don't hate GHub I hate that people aren't holding Logitech accountable for releasing crappy products.
I got a G733 and when Ghub is installed, I get static and lights flicker when I turn the headset off.... uninstalling ghub solved the issue but then I wont be able to change the settings without it... :/
@@kitsune_kukanttv2574 I just honestly dont know what happened.. just like 3mos ago, Ghub got updated... My windows and graphics card got updated too and the issue went away.. I'm not enjoying my headset! Try updating a few things, it might work :)
My one big problem i have them in my room while off at night and rgb just stays on i turned rgb off in setting then i turn my pc off and then they start again with rgb
Maybe in future use a mic from a competitor then audio quality would improve...the G733's mic is horrendous and the default - pre config - sound from them sucks. Basically laughable if you use them as a gaming or music headset on anything other than Windows. Forcing people to use GHub is a cop out for tuning the product out the box.
does anybody know why that I'm using g-hub when i use the scroll i just get the sound bar of windows and it doesn't actually increases or lowers the volume?
Hey so in this video your mic sounds really bad quality. I just got these today and unboxed them and am trying them now and the mic quality is absolutely appalling. Watching this video I don’t think it’s a me problem, because you sound muffled, distorted, and you have audio peaking on your voice I watch loads of UA-cam and this is by far the worst mic I can’t believe Logitech would put their name in it I bought it because bestbuy has 2500 reviews mostly 5 stars but this is a seriously inferior product IMO Can’t believe there are no other comments on how bad you sound (Mic quality)
Logitech is garbage, these headphones are garbage, can't stop them from lighting up without G-Hub, the world's worst software solution. I don't want a rainbow on my ears every time I connect to anything that doesn't have G-Hub installed. Can't find a solution. Logitech support doesn't support these headphones anymore. I have had it with this company. Don't buy logitech
Hi I've got a problem with my Logitech G733 lightspeed. I bought them a few days ago and everything has been perfect since today. When I put them on my head, the left speaker played much louder than the right one. reinstalling the Logitech G hub and hard reset the headphones didn't help. Anyone have some ideas on how I can fix that?

sidetone its goon when u have loud stuff going on and this makes u hear yourself so u dont talk very loud

Will this (and rgb) work on steam deck with usb c dongle?
It should work for your Steam Deck as long as you've got an adapter for the USB-A dongle, and the Steamdeck input (USB-C port) accepts audio devices!

Is there any reason why the mic dosnt work in the test tab at all ? On the g hub however I the mic works on discord test so it’s for sure not muted

Does the headset have memory where the settings are saved or do you need to have ghub permanently open for them to work?
You can close the ghub when you are done with the settings, The settings get saved you dont need to leave it open perm

Unplug the USB that came with the Headset, or plug it in a different slot
