Just bought these to replace the Razer Nari Ultimate and I am honestly so happy. They're lightweight and sound amazing. And they absolutely look less bulky than the Razer Nari Ultimate did. Overall a great buy. I'm quite happy.
For the people disliking, what's the point he is just trying to be helpful for everybody and to help people pick any equipment. I mean at least he is helping and being honest about everything. So what's the point
I just picked up a pair of these as well. They really surprised me with how good they are. I was really expecting to have to go to the Pro X Wireless or another brand. But these are comfortable. Have good sound and a good mic. It works in my logitech environment. Nice. I definitely disabled the RGB, don't need to see those lines in my screen or have the battery power loss. I'm only a PC player, so I wouldn't have them on a PS unit. I remembered why they seem familiar to me. They kind of look and feel like the Ulimate Ears 4000, 6000 headphones that Logitech put out after they bought UE.
I ended up sending them back. The mic and the Blue software related to the mic was causing issued with VoiceAttack. I use voice attack extensively with my flight games. The blue effect would just disappear in the middle of using the unit after a few hours. This causes all the volume and quality adjustments to disappear and your voice to disappear for the person you are talking to, or your voice command or dictation system. It's too bad, but that's what I found. I'll try the Arctis 7.
@@monke5198 I haven't got my hands on one yet. I might give one a shot if they restock at Amazon. I can't get one locally that I can return if it doesn't meet my needs. Memory Express and Bestbuy are unopenned box only returns on headphones. Same with Newegg I think. So it limits what I can buy with any sort of guarantee. It makes it tricky with headphones because the wrong size of headband, earcup, uncomfortable material, software glitches, mic quality, mic boom length/adjust ability, etc can make it not work for you, but make it work for lots of other people. Steelseries is in a big model change right now. They are also putting out the Arctis 9 (no x, for xbox propreitary wireless) which has wireless and bluetooth for your phone. So that is also on my list. I had to return the G733 because they just wouldn't work well with Voice Attack. When testing the mic in all respects it works fine in voice recorders and the Logitech/Blue software (usually). But it just won't pick up commands well, even after relearning my voice profile on the new mic. There was also an issue I picked up the in the mic adjustments. Sometimes the mic wouldn't pick up at all, then I restarted the Logitech Hub software and it would be back to normal. There was also the problem that the Logitech Hub software is not compatible with all Logitech gaming hardware. It supports my G602 mouse and the G733 headset, but I lost control of my G710+ keyboard. On install it also recommends you remove the previous version of Logitech Gaming software. Which I did, then I had no keyboard control. Really sloppy on that front. Anyways G733 gone back. I'm back on a set of Grado SR80 with a Mod Mic v2.
good thing i saw this video though. literally never would thought about the rgb reflecting off my glasses and that's definitely something that would drive me nuts.
Would be nice if they implement onboard memory profiles like their mice. would save the setting on to the headset and use it anywhere including RGB config.

I’m not close enough to the screen to see the rgb on my stream. And also, your volume wheel seems messed up because mine doesn’t do that! Thanks for the great review!!
I'd guess the difference between the two Logitech headsets would be the pleather earcups and the clamping force. Usually with thicker earcup material and heavier clamping force, the sound will be a lot more bassy with a closer sound stage.
i canalso confirm that on mine the scroll wheel has that scraping sound,and i also wear glasses too and the RGB at night reflecting on my glasses frame feels like a rave party :}
I did end up buying this headset, and they're fantastic! Super light & comfortable. I cannot begin to explain what freedom wireless headphones give you, I can walk around my place without any stutter or lag, until the headset would disconnect completely. They mic isn't bad, just be sure to keep the Voice EQ gains low to avoid distortion. Battery lasts 2 to 3 evenings of using them. RGB is quite nice, it does give you an indicator of mic mute and unmute, can also be set to music EQ. Pressing the power button once reports battery life percentage. Playing with the equalizer may be little bit necessary, but that's a small trade off to the overall experience with the headset.
I loved this review and the energy with which it was delivered. The only point with which that I disagree (and this be subjective) is the RGB lighting issue when wearing glasses. As someone who has had to wear glasses his whole life, I have not even noticed the RGB reflection. Honestly, I didn't observe any reflection until watching this video and still, I only realized it's there when actively looking for it. It was practically nonexistent when wearing the headset as I would during my regular everyday use. Either way, this is my first time viewing one of your videos and your production and energy earned a new subscriber from me.
As soon as i saw the RGB i was like would that not reflect on your glasses? Like there’s no way the people at Logitech didn’t notice this. Has me thinking maybe they did on purpose so you can see the RGB
I can't wait for mine to arrive ! Your review helps with my satisfaction Edit : the fact that the rgb consumes more battery doesnt bother me since i charge them everyday at least once
Great video, appreciate the insight. I went ahead and purchased the headset and i'd like to offer my experience. This headset is crazy light and comfortable as TheTechne said (I don't wear glasses so I can't comment on the glare) probably the most comfortable headset i've ever worn. It works horribly with console though, both with my Ps4 and Ps5 the Mic cuts in/out missing half of what I say even after hours tweaking settings. I never had any issues with my Logitech G35. So for PC, disregard, but if you're buying this headset because you want to use it with your console as well, keep shopping. Otherwise my only complaint was that you don't have anything in your field of view to remind you if the Mic is live or muted (eg. red light on the boom) you're left guessing, or frequently hitting mute/unmute for the audio prompt, or taking the headset right off to see if the LED's that are oddly placed on the front of the cans turned red... annoying. A mute indicator on the boom or cord is a must these days, come on Logitech!!! I've loved your products since the Mx510, how could you miss something this simple. At the end of the day this headset is one to consider if you only plan on using it for PC only and if comfort is really important to you.
Love the vid! Do you think you could do a review on the g502 lightspeed? I've been debating switching but i trust you more so I would like to see your opinion.
Hey man, does it come with the mic "return" when you speak? I have a Razer Man O'war and it has this feature, witch is great. I can hear a little bit of my voice, so I don't scream (that much) when I'm playing with some friends. I don't know if the right term for this feature in english is "voice return" but in my native language is the paralell that I can make. Thanks in advance. Great video, by the way.
@@spookynormz1696 i'm absolutely honest and, I gotta say rbg not a problem for me in the least, I play most on pc so, I can turn them off for more battery, but even when they're on, I didnt even think about it. So I'm going to buy a new wireless headset can you give me a recommendation please 1-steelseries arctis 7 wireless 2-logitech g733 3-hyperx cloud 2 wireless Which one you think l should get it? You can give any other recommendations but I have a 150 dollar budget. Thank you love ur videos.
I just got these yesterday and whatever they did the improve since this video....good job, you are right the comfort is awesome but the sound is surprisingly good for a headset without a DAC - i was nervous after getting them, but they are very good headphones and wireless awesome
Yes agreed, I have the old Logitech 5.1 surround sound rgb, and the wireless dongle just broke after 2 years, so I plugged in the aux into the headset and then into the external sound card which powred the c1 Mic. And boosted that sound to the max baby.
i love that you mention the rgb showing up in glasses but when you said you tried multiple different pairs of glasses you held up 2 other pairs that looked to have filtering lenses or coatings i could see by the way the studio lights reflected off of them so wouldn't be a bad idea to clarify weather or not you used a 100% slandered lenses as most if not all gaming glasses filter blue light witch will cause it to reflect back in the direction the light is coming from.
@@TheTechne It was probably due to the complaints of the RGB being on the back of the G935s. They'd say how no one could actually see it, even if you stream and so logitech was just like "Oh! We can fix that on these new head phones!"
@@nephriumgaming4566 Yup. Everyone crapped on them with comments on why would you put the RGB on the back?! So they moved it to the front. Now you can see it in the screen you are looking at, or reflected in your glasses. They will be moving it to the side next product......

I wear glasses and were a bit worried about the RGB, but i actually like that you can kinda see them there. I think it's very subjective, and think you should give a try. You should definitely give them a try.
Only major detail I wish you would mention in your videos is MIC MONITORING (console compatible). The ONLY thing I care about in a headset. Please consider, thank you.
I have this headset and love them . Battery life is amazing. Range is amazing. Fits snug. Headsets are lime shoes you gotta break them in to fit perfectly. Charges fast . Can use while charging. Can sync pc to " Your Phone " app and make calls through them and your pc. If you have a studio mic , the mic on this headset actually comes off so you can use whatever mic you like. Very sturdy build compared to other brands and models of logitech. Sounds is great . All around a great headset if you are not wanting to spend a lot on a headset .The lighting part that he says is almost a deal breaker ... lame ..... 100s of 1000s of people complained that logitech put them in the back and they couldn't see them . Their viewers couldn't see them . Etc etc etc .... turn them off if you don't like it
Yo I'm actually looking to get the same headsets. Have you been able to use it to listen to music on your phone? (One of the things I'd like to achieve with this) And also since it has been 3 weeks since your comment, would you mind sharing your experience so far? Is the sound still good, any issues so far? Thanks in advance haha.
@@GabrielRodriguez-uf1rk the sound is good . As far as listening through your phone, you can do it from you phone to pc to headset . It isn't the normal but only works wireless through the pc . But you can buy the duel end USBC cable and hooked it up wired straight to your phone . Its mainly meant for PC use . I do use it around the house phone calls and listening to Spotify etc. Just wireless everything goes through pc first . I really can't complain Because it was made for pc use . @@GabrielRodriguez-uf1rk yeah I have wanted a decent pair of logitech for a while . Just remember that headsets are like shoes or hats. At first they are a little snug. But once you wear them enough they will start to fit to your head perfectly . ! I love that I can move or walk around and they don't fall off. Dont get me wrong I have heard other headsets that cost A LOT more , sound better . These are definitely a middle grade quality set. I just bought this today, excited to give it a try
As soon as i saw the RGB i was like would that not reflect on your glasses? Like there’s no way the people at Logitech didn’t notice this. Has me thinking maybe they did on purpose so you can see the RGB
it has to go, I say wired, with no rgb $59
TBH no wireless headset should have RGB it’s a waste of power and and money
It’s because when they put rgb on their other headsets everyone got mad because they couldn’t see it
I can't wait for mine to arrive ! Your review helps with my satisfaction
Edit : the fact that the rgb consumes more battery doesnt bother me since i charge them everyday at least once
With me RGB on the headset is kinda useless especially on wireless ver. You cant see it and it drain your battery faster
such a major over sight. Plus the dongle makes it so you can only use them in the presence of 2.0.
there were enough people complaining about no rgb that they put it on there but you can turn it off to preserve battery
Played for like 4 hours last night with only 29% battery! No problem
I suppose you can put a strip of black electrical tape to block it.
At the end of the day this headset is one to consider if you only plan on using it for PC only and if comfort is really important to you.
and you also have to turn on surround sound through ghub
Love the vid! Do you think you could do a review on the g502 lightspeed? I've been debating switching but i trust you more so I would like to see your opinion.
Please get the g903 or gpw instead
wowzers brutha this review blew my mind!!! Jeez loiuZ this stuff is FANTASTIC HOMIE!!!!
thank you so much
Hey man, does it come with the mic "return" when you speak? I have a Razer Man O'war and it has this feature, witch is great. I can hear a little bit of my voice, so I don't scream (that much) when I'm playing with some friends. I don't know if the right term for this feature in english is "voice return" but in my native language is the paralell that I can make. Thanks in advance. Great video, by the way.
Such an interesting review. You are a very positive guy, enjoyed watching this.
Hey techne im a big fan , would love it if you would review the rosewill neon k51 🤠
I love this guys enthusiasm!
I’m in the second viewer Bois
Noice review I love how enthusiastic you are and how real no matter what people say
Got this boys today and are so cozy as you said, now I can use them as long as I want. Great video again, and Thanks Techne!
hi!, I see that u wear eyeglasses, does the rgb is that annoying? 👀 I want to buy them but I wear eyeglasses too and I’m unsure
@@spookynormz1696 i'm absolutely honest and, I gotta say rbg not a problem for me in the least, I play most on pc so, I can turn them off for more battery, but even when they're on, I didnt even think about it. Curiously I am very picky about that kind of things, but, I am really very happy with it. Actually so cozy and cero pression problems with the glasses on btw. Long answer but, hope it helps you lol
@@Daculan thank u so much for answering! :)
Are they bigger than regular headphones? I Am curious cause i have smaller head and i am scared theyre not gonna fit me.

@@swagerty they are nice but I go for comfort and steelseries are the most comfortable out of all the mentioned brands!

Go with which ever style you like cause they all seem good
@@pickleeggs3340i think i am getting the new Corsair HS80, if you dont know the headset i saw the headset in this channel i really liked it.
I just got these yesterday and whatever they did the improve since this video....good job, you are right the comfort is awesome but the sound is surprisingly good for a headset without a DAC - i was nervous after getting them, but they are very good headphones and wireless awesome
That was a good segway. You beat Linus! 😄
Best intro on YT in the tech review space.
Was looking for a new headset since my razer nari broke its sound in 6 months and mic in 10 months, found an interesting tech channel instead.
Yes agreed, I have the old Logitech 5.1 surround sound rgb, and the wireless dongle just broke after 2 years, so I plugged in the aux into the headset and then into the external sound card which powred the c1 Mic. And boosted that sound to the max baby.
Hi! Do they have mic monitoring as well? Thanks for the video!
Video looking extra crisp with that 4K, also great review always love to watch your vids.
Should i get this or the 4 years old g933?
i love that you mention the rgb showing up in glasses but when you said you tried multiple different pairs of glasses you held up 2 other pairs that looked to have filtering lenses or coatings i could see by the way the studio lights reflected off of them so wouldn't be a bad idea to clarify weather or not you used a 100% slandered lenses as most if not all gaming glasses filter blue light witch will cause it to reflect back in the direction the light is coming from.
Laughs in contact lenses
lol
i’m might pick this up in white or lilac when it’s in stock, thanks for going over everything :)
Lmao what were they thinking with that RGB
right!!
They will be moving it to the side next product......
i have these headphones i was tired of having to turn on the g hub to turn on my rgb settings so i started using teh windows rgb settings which saves :D
Arctis 1 wireless is hard to beat 😂
First video I've seen of yours and immediately subscribed. I'm coming from a g933 and ended up ordering the KDA edition of the g733 for something lighter while still working with the rest of my g-hub enabled setup. Love the vibe, super in depth with review. Can't wait to catch up on the rest of your content!
How much fps increase you got with RGB
I wear glasses and were a bit worried about the RGB, but i actually like that you can kinda see them there. I think it's very subjective, and think you should give a try. You should definitely give them a try.
Only major detail I wish you would mention in your videos is MIC MONITORING (console compatible). The ONLY thing I care about in a headset. Please consider, thank you.
will do
I always watch your reviews for headsets since I'm a glasses person too. Thank you for this ❤️❤️❤️
I have this headset and love them .
(One of the things I'd like to achieve with this)
And also since it has been 3 weeks since your comment, would you mind sharing your experience so far? Is the sound still good, any issues so far?
Thanks in advance haha.
@@GabrielRodriguez-uf1rk the sound is good . As far as listening through your phone, you can do it from you phone to pc to headset . It isn't the normal but only works wireless through the pc . But you can buy the duel end USBC cable and hooked it up wired straight to your phone . Its mainly meant for PC use . I do use it around the house phone calls and listening to Spotify etc. Just wireless everything goes through pc first . I really can't complain Because it was made for pc use . Gaming , streaming etc. I still love it . And haven't had any issues with it at all !
@@Bronco407 Good to hear man. Think I'mma pull the trigger on this then, Love that design haha.
Enjoy 👍
@@GabrielRodriguez-uf1rk yeah I have wanted a decent pair of logitech for a while . Just remember that headsets are like shoes or hats. At first they are a little snug. But once you wear them enough they will start to fit to your head perfectly . ! I love that I can move or walk around and they don't fall off. Dont get me wrong I have heard other headsets that cost A LOT more , sound better . These are definitely a middle grade quality set. I have had them since they launched now , and use them every day at least 8 + hours a day with NO issues. Until they released i almost went with something else. But seen the advertisement for these and glad I had waited .
Yo i have a question can i charge g733 by wall outlet/socket by phone charger?
Thanks for the review👊
Great review as always, started a youtube tech channel because of you!
awesome! keep at it!
