Hi Olivier, I'm so glad I found your videos. Helping me a lot. Your comments on neck twist got me thinking about my partner, who invariably twists her neck in her sleep, when on her back. She definitely has neck problems, but I am hoping to better understand what is happening. Thank you
You're welcome!! But it's not that easy to fix what's happening when you sleep... encourage her to do the upper body reset before going to bed: ua-cam.com/video/LdDnb3Miwss/v-deo.html (and do it along: it's gonna be good for you too!!)
Very good explanation It seems most neck problems when neck is not in line with back Need a head rest that no couch has Need a pillow behind lower back Need to look at the ceiling
Would a high backed armchair help support the neck better when watching TV? I have neck and back pain already, not caused by sitting, but I need to feel supported when sitting to help rest my neck and back. I find seats in cars, trains and coaches more supportive for the head and neck, than any chair in the house.
Really appreciate for your guild and tutorial. But i have a problem i wanna share with you that whenever i sit at my desk i will feel the pain in the lower back although i have a proper back rest. But when i go out side for class or cafe and sit on normal half-back wood chair i find it more comfortable. I dont know why the full back- neck ergonomic chair at home is worse than normal chair. Maybe the half-back fits me better. Can you make a video about the differences between half-back and the full one. Thank you!
Basically, you can apply the framework that I give, but the other way around: - if you lie down on your back, put your TV on the ceiling 😅 - if you lie down on your side, put the TV in direction of your eyes and either turn it 90°, or make the effort to watch the picture tilted (your brains can pick it up after sometimes). To turn in 90°, one way is to watch TV on your tablet and use a rotating tablet stand - don't lie down on your belly (ua-cam.com/video/qY27BwSQdwI/v-deo.html) - at worst, use the 9-cushions technique that I show at 5'42. I know, nothing here is ideal... that's why I don't have a TV anymore 😉
indeed, for activities such as TV it can make sense. But there are conditions: headrest, and TV aligned with your line of sight. I have a full video on that topic: ua-cam.com/video/07MOMwPqYB8/v-deo.html

what about laying in bed watching tv? what would be the best way to go about that

So maybe a recliner chair is the best way to watch tv for long periods of time ?

I m starting to think install TV on ceiling …. There is absolutely no way I can relax my body in sitting position.
I understand... before drilling holes in the ceiling, test the 9-cushion technique though 😅
forget about the TV just buy a fucking VR case.. attach your phone and wear it to watch what ever you want.
Yep, good point!! Do you know a universal model that’s easy to use?
