- Haven't uploaded in a bit due to school, but now my semester is over so I will be pumping out 1 video a week at least again!
This was a fun day at Loch Raven Reservoir in Maryland. The day started off slow and I fished for about 2 hours with only one bite. I then decided to go do what I figured out a week before, and something I am good at doing, flipping laydowns, submerged logs, and trees. Once I started to do that I began to get bites. Found a cove where fish were staging to spawn, which was the key to most of my good bites this day.

Spanked me that day!!!!
nice fishing my dude
Nice fish
Very good video, simply straight to fishing. I fish Loch Raven often. would be stoke to go fishing sometime. Subscribed and bell!
I was shore fishing there yesterday from about 6:00PM - 8:30PM. I started just over the Loch Raven bridge and walked along the shoreline until the bay before the skeet shooting place. With the water so clear I could see so many nice bass (and I saw pickerel and a few catfish). It seems many were protecting the spawn areas.
Nothing I tried generated a single bite. I was trying not to get close enough to the water that they would get spooked, but even with long casts I got nothing. I was using bandito bugs, lizards, silver lipless crank bait, ned rig, spinner bait, and tried a whopper plopper just before I left. I was using a 10lbs fluro leader on each rod. Any advice on what I can do or try to at least get some bites? I discovered some really good spots deep into the woods but just not bites at all.
Thanks in advance.
