Spend time in the Word and in prayer. We talk to the Lord through prayer, He speaks to us through His Word. In this way, get to KNOW God more and more… as you read through the Word, you will see who God is more and more, which will provoke the desire you’re looking for. Don’t wait for certain feelings to motivate you. Seek to know the Lord whether you feel the passion for it or not and as you get to know Him, the passions will come in time.
