    今天和大家分享的是一道南洋风味街头小吃“素水果罗惹”。是一道我从小吃到大的麻玻小吃。是以新鲜的水果为主的Rojak, 主要有芒果🥭,菠萝🍍,黄瓜🥒,沙葛(我用青苹果🍏替代因为国外没有新鲜的)还有酥脆的油条切成块,再加入稠而且香甜酸辣特调的酱汁:柠檬汁,椰糖,花生酱,黑酱油,甜酱油,素峇拉煎,指天椒🌶️, 和那些又香又脆的白芝麻和花生碎🥜,不但口感佳,还带着淡淡的果香味,酸酸甜甜辣辣,真是一道不可错过的麻玻小吃。不能吃辣的可以少放指天椒🌶️或者不放,如果没有素峇拉煎也可以不放。喜欢吃酸的可以加多一些柠檬汁。真是一道特别开胃而簡單又美味的一道南洋风味街头小吃的美食。

Rojak is based on fresh fruits, mainly mango🥭, pineapple🍍, cucumber🥒, jicama (I use green apple🍏 instead because there are no fresh ones oversea) and crispy chinese cruller cut into pieces, combined with thick sauce made of lemon juice, palm sugar, crunchy peanut butter, dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, vegetarian balacan, chili padi 🌶️, and crisp white sesame and ground peanuts 🥜. Not only does it taste good, It also has a faint fruity scent, sweet and sour, sweet and spicy. It is really an unmissable Nanyang style street gourmet cuisine. If you can't eat spicy food, you can put less chili padi 🌶️ or not put it in at all and ​​if you don’t have vegetarian balacan, you don’t need to put it. If you like sourness, you can add more lemon juice. It is a very appetising, simple and delicious street food.

      可以试试看腰果加一点橄榄油搅碎(腰果要先烤一烤先),应该也很好吃...
