Hey everyone, welcome back to g8stromania. Today, we are going to be sharing our recipe on Rojak, a local favourite. We have not eaten this in a long time because of covid restrictions and we thought that there is no better time to make ourselves than now! We've tried it out and we are going to share our recipe today!
For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
Rojak Prawn Paste
Sugar
Ground peanuts
Tamarind Paste
Torch Ginger Flower (Rojak Flower)
Calamansi
Cucumber
Pineapple
Apples
Turnips
Beansprouts
Tofu Puffs (Taupok)
Dough Fritters (YouTiao)
Steps:
1. Mix the sauce
2. Add in the additional ingredients by slices.
3. Mix and add more ground peanuts on top!
